They just take thousands of pictures of every day people of each of those nationalities and then they use a software co create an average portrait from the taken pictures. Some kind of overlapping probably.

I think the software the photographer uses makes the left and right sides of the face to symmetrical and as we see all of them are quite attractive. A symmetrical face is after all by definition considered an attractive face. |
