Balance is key, Tony. You have to drink enough to keep the buzz going, but not so much that you get sick  A warm meal when you feel peckish, followed by another beer is great. If you feel you're getting sleepy, immediately remedy the situation with a couple of shots Drink water to keep hydrated. Damn I'm an expert at this! |
