What kind of bullshit is this? Its one thing to lock a topic instead of move it, its another to not even provide any information on what section it SHOULD go in. This seems pretty poor to me. Please allow me to repeat to you the description of the section I posted that thread in:

That is a question about a specific women/situation. It belongs in "general questions" as stated in the forum rules (which is stickied at the top of EVERY forum).


As for my reply: The mods are here to make the forum a more awesome place, not to link everyone to the rules that are clearly displayed on every forum. If you did read the forum rules; did you still feel your post was right to be in the lounge?

Lastly, would it not have been a lot easier to simply send me a private message rather than posting a thread? Also, please try to avoid comments such as "what kind of bullshit is this?" and "fuckin a dude" - there is no need for it.

As a user on this site, it is your responsibility to be aware of the forum rules and of the content in any announcements posted by mods in any of the boards, especially if they pertain to board-specific rules like the one you broke.

That means your next offense can result in a ban from the forum. It's not the moderators' fault if you didn't bother reading the rules. We made them very easily accessible.

Then why don't you follow what you said you'd do in your own rules, because what you wrote in your rules is what good moderation actually is.

"Your doing it wrong" doesn't exactly help the forum be more organized or more awesome. You want a bunch of locked threads in the wrong section? Makes no sense at all.


Secondly, I provided background on my situation to illustrate what kind of alpha woman I'm talking about. I wasn't expecting somebody to take my hand and write text messages for me, some people read "alpha woman" and have different perceptions of what that is, thus the responses I might get wouldn't suffice. Not all game is the same. My 2 cents, take it or leave it.
