I have been suffering from AA. I cannot open. I don't know. why? I have been practicing body language from the past few months. If some could help me with this, i am near hoboken, nj area. |

used to have a big issue with that. first thing, learn not to be outcome dependent. Just walk up to a girl and decide to have a conversation with her. Once you start doing this then before you get into a talk with a girl only see a convo. as one of two things either its going to be fun or its going to be boring. Target the thoughts that are causing you to freakout. Its smooth sailing once you destroy AA. |

Dude, this is what I did, and it worked. Set a minimum of just ONE approach a day. Make it direct, not because direct is better, but because its more anxiety provoking to tell a girl she's beautiful or cute than asking for directions or something like that. JUST ONE APPROACH and then go home and do whatever the fuck. If you can do this consistently, one day you'll wake up and be like, oh wait, i can open chicks, lets do this shit. |
