Post subject:  The Dick Shield
What is it?
In a nutshell, the male version of the bitch shield.

How to use it?
Just be a dick during the beginning of interactions. Being a dick can consist of many things. Personally, I use this mostly during night street game. I walk in the middle of the side walk, make people move around me. Cut through groups. Shoulder check lots of females, not hard enough to hurt them, but hard enough to make them notice it. And very rarely check males. Males usually move out of the way before I check them. And I'm not even that big, this month I'm actually scrawny! (But that will change once I hit the gym again)

Actually had a guy apologize to me during the day when I was doing this. He was on his skateboard and I heard him braking with his feet. I just looked at him and he said, "My bad man, my bad." Patted me on the back and left. I kind of felt like a dick lol.


Why use it?
Honestly, when I'm with my buddies, we find it hilarious when we're dicks to strangers. We rarely encourage it, but when it happens, we all crack up. On top of that, I opened up a lot of women that night I was being a dick. I'm usually too much of a puss too.

When to stop using it?
Generally, I stop once the girl IOI's me.

And I'm not saying this is the magic pill for gaming women, or anything like that. If you already have a system that works for you, great! Stick to it. This is just something fun to try. Instead of being all, "HI!!! :D:D:D" when you see a hottie, shoulder check her and see what happens, lol.

EDIT: Oh and I forgot to mention. I didn't see my buddy and he approached me from behind and told me that I walk like a badass. Like I owned the campus. And this was my first DAY using my Dick Shield. And I just wanted to make sure what he was saying was true, b/c I don't want to be one of those wanna-be-fags who try to walk tough, or more confident by sticking their chests out, so I looked at myself in a reflection. Good news, I didn't come off as some fag. When you walk with a dick shield, it should feel natural. Once you start forcing it, you'll come off as one of those wanna-be-fags.

riiiiiiiight

now im all for being confident and acting liek you own the fucking room, thats awesome. but if your walking around trying to intimidate people and laugh about it with your fucking mates well then youve done exaclty what youre trying to do and become a dick.

maybe its just me but id much rather meet some one whos smiloing and joking about in the beggining of a chat rather than he constantly try to act like a missive cunt.

on the other hand maybe ive just mis interpreted your post and if thats the case i apologise but i dont think any one on here should condone others walking around trying to prove to everyone that your the bollox by intimidating them.

furthermore i also work out alot , im not gigantic but im the biggest out of my friends and can handle my self and if some one came up to me in a club and started to act like a dick around me id fuckign call him out on it. from here youre either gonna look like a pussy or youre have a fight on your hands . neither of which iare particuarly good scenarios.

now as an improvement to this " dick shield " why not just simplify it down to....

not smiling as often
dont make stupid fuckign jokes
not being afraid to touch
act disinterested, lookign around in other directions but maintaning strong eye contact when its made
etc etc

It's not about proving to other people that you're intimidating, it's about having fun. You don't find it fun, that's cool.

Focus your dick shield mainly on females, not males. You don't want to get in a fight with a guy. But if you're walking from point A to point B, make people move around you while doing so. Don't TRY to be a dick. For example, "Hey, nice shirt faggot." Do it all as if you didn't notice. You shoulder check a guy and keep walking, don't pay him any attention. Now if it's a girl, that's your chance to open.

If you're getting in fights with other dudes, you're doing it wrong.

Here's another example in attempt to show you exactly what I'm talking about.

My buddies and I were walking. There was this guy and girl walking behind us. This guy spits on the ground. I turn around and look at my arm, then look at him, implying that he spit on my arm. He goes, "Oh man I'm so sorry. If that hit you I swear I didn't mean to". And I'm like, "Oh, it's ok bro. :) I don't think it hit me anyways." His girl leaves him and I was mocking him when he wasn't looking.

EDIT: I should also mention. I use this to get in a talkative mood. It works for me. Once I'm in a social state, I try to open females by forcing IOI's.

I guess I can see the thought process behind this, but that's as far as my understanding goes. Being dominant, alpha, and a leader is not the same as being a dick to strangers.

The "bitch shield" that this is analogous to is a complete turn off. Girls being bitches doesn't make want to fuck them more. It's fucking annoying, and I wish they didn't do it. The same thing goes for guys. Being an asshole isn't attractive. The obnoxious asshole walking down the street checking people and being ignorant isn't admirable or at all 'gaming'.

That's the way I see it. When people say you have to be an asshole to get girls, it bothers me, because the truth is, nobody likes an asshole.

I disagree completely. I have a friend who is a complete dick to girls, at the beginning, and he fucks more women than you can imagine. All kinds of women too. Grenades, hotties, galore. I've seen the dude call a girl a "fuckin' slut", made her cry and she was about to leave b/c she ran into her car weeping, then he comes along and starts making out with her, and they most likely smashed.

But you have to remember, every girl is different. (So this won't always work) Heck every guy is different too. I don't like nice girls. I like the bitchy ones that are hard to get, while you don't.

But I don't think that the fact that assholes get laid supports the argument that being an asshole will get you laid (I don't think there is a direct correlation). It's not the ignorance and dickish behavior that the girls find attractive, it's the dominance and, at least outwardly, the apparent 'alpha' quality that said behavior suggests.

I think being an asshole is a terrible quality, and a scapegoat in game. There are much better ways to get girls than being a dick, and much more effective ways of showing dominance than being blatantly ignorant. Often times people are assholes because they are insecure and feel like they need to create a false, mean side to compensate.

It's important to note, though, that being sarcastic, and "cocky funny" is not the same as being an asshole. If you are joking around and the girl knows it, then that is fine.

Yes, game is different for everybody, and maybe you are okay with being a douche, but I am not. If it works for you though, right on.

Agreed with the bold, and I'm speaking from personal experience. When I have my dick shield up, it's impossible to break my frame. No matter how bad a shit test may be, or how rude she can make a comment toward me.

I'm with OP on this one. It's really fun being a dick sometimes, not because you want to show off or anything, but just to laugh at how insecure people really are.
The guy with skateboard was not a man in any sense of the word. He's the type of person who avoids conflict in life, because he want's the safe/comfortable route.

By all means don't take this next analogy too far, but if you remember the scene from Fightclub where the guys try to start fights, and everybody just keeps running away from them. It's not like you want to have malicious intentions, you just want the best of their side to come out. It's like come on man, just man up.

Side note: You don't have to be violent to stand up for yourself, you just have to call people out on their bull shit, and be willing hit or take a hit for what you stand for.
