Post subject:  Commenting on their clothing
So I have this fear that if I comment on something a girl is wearing that they might think I'm checking their ass out or their boobs... maybe something like this would work:

PUA "Hey nice skirt"
Girl "Thanks"
PUA "Yeah theres this girl in my class that has that same skirt , but she pulls it off better, but you look okay in it too."

What do you guys think?

That's sort of like telling a girl she has a nice shirt, but it would look better on your bedroom floor.

If you can get away with such shyt by all means go for it. Most women worth having don't find it clever at all, especially coming from a stranger. To them, I suspect they find it rather cheap and unimaginative.

Dude, you actually insulted her. By saying "it looked better on her' youre insulting, not negging.

A neg would stop at saying I saw another girl wearing it. An outright insult is telling her that she looks worse.

You have the concept of the neg down wrong, and the line is getting a little old anyways.
