Post subject:  Getting a lot of girls pissed because I'm "too mean&quo
Many girls i've been gaming or just befriending will get pissed at me for being "a smartass, an ass, an asshole, just plain mean, or a jerk", and yet they still talk to me and give me IOI's. They really mean it when they say i'm a jerk or whatever the insult is that they throw at me. I try to handle them like shit tests and say something like
HIJINKS: oh yeah, i know i'm a smartass. i cant help the way i am

for example, today an HB7.5 i just started gaming in my sociology class drops her pen underneath my desk and she says:
HB: hey, grab my pen
PUA: *bewildered look* no
HB: *thrown off* jeez you are a real jerk
PUA: thats the way i am, icant help it

Trust me, i make the HB's laugh, but sometimes i take the sarcasm overboard. she was giving me a LOT of IOI's today so i asked her to go to lunch and she told me to call her. Were goin in half an hour so well see how that goes.

Should i show a little bit of niceness to these girls and give them a little taste of nice guy then turn on the cocky funny? if so how long should the nice guy stuff go on for, an hour, a minute, a day?????

i just got back from lunch with her and she was CALLING guys in the cafeteria to get her food. i asked her
Hijinks: you have people do your dirty work for you dont you?
HB: yeah i do, people are always graveling at my feet
Hjnks: yeah, thats why you were so pissed that i didnt grab your pen in sociology huh
HB: yeah
we Fluffed about stuff for a while and i go
Hjnks: well, as much fun as this is, im out. i got some homework to do
HB:*kind of shocked that i initiated the exit* what? youre goin to do homework now? are you leaving?
Hjknks: yeah im gone. *i walk away and she follows, as do other people at the table*

i talk with her on the way back to our dorms and i push her a few times playfully and she tells me im not very gentleman like i tell her shes not very lady like and she gets upset....
Hjnks: i know why you get upset with me so much
HB: why is that?
Hjnks: because you're so used to people doing whatver you tell them to, that when i dont do what you tell me to it makes you upset
HB:*very sarcastically* oh wow, you can read me like a book
i walk away unaffected, eating my apple. she says "Bye hi jinks" i say nothing.

well i think you did a pretty good job of getting into her head and telling how it really is.

dont let you conscious get the best of you though. she is definitely showing interest, especially since she followed you away from lunch.

just dont go overboard with the negs, the playfull pushing is good, but take the kino to the next level and slightly compliment her.

just DO NOT do anything for her. stay your course as the cocky/funny guy and you'll have another win in your black book.

Girls like that are very easy to break down if you know the signs and dont take any of her shit. She'll be begging for your attention in no time--DONT give in

By the way it seems its the way you say it. Just saying no makes it hard to convey what you mean.... I would of said "Im not your slave and then kind of do a smirk laugh and look away with a nodding head motion ... if that makes sense lol.. You have to not take her shit and be playful at the same time

Think about if a you asked a girl to get your pen on the floor and she looked at you with bewildered look and said no you would think she was a bitch.

you should have picked it up and said "ok that will be $5. What? i'm no slave" and then teased her by not giving it back right away. that shows more playfulness. but ya... dont give in. try to be more flirty and less asshole. its a hard line to find but you can do it
