The term "wingman" stems from the short story "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" by Richard Matheson which was later adapted to an episode of "The Twilight Zone" by the same author. |

Well, according to The Game, Style traced it back to Top Gun for obvious reasons. Why do you think it came from that book? |

Ohhh GAWD gotta love TOP GUN for more reasons than just Tom Cruise. See I relate to that movie for more than the obvious reasons. Because men think being a PUA only relates to MEN. But see IM that MIG who inverts, I do what MEN think is scientifically impossible, and I give the birdy , see the top secret information doesnt just apply to men. |

Haha yeah it came from top gun... don't you think the term wingman was used before the 1990's? This is a dead fact. This is just where the term came from, doesn't mean it was used in the pick up world then. Just a random fact from your pal Purity |
