all of the "contestants" on the Pick up artist are actors. Not average joes like you and me. |

I seriously doubt it.... VH1 shows don't have much staying power. This one was surprisingly more popular than most VH1 shows, but even so... After getting outed about how they are all actors, on top of the fact that the general public thinks MM is bullshit, not to mention Mystery is kind of a loose cannon (mentally).... I'd be really surprised to see a season 2. It could happen, but I think his 15 minutes of fame on VH1 are up. |

Are you kidding me? There HAS TO BE a season two. Whenever a show is a huge hit: like the pickup artist They always make a second season. For example: "Flavor of Love" "Everybody Loves New York" etc. |

I forget who I was talking to, but someone told me they were seriously thinking about making a pick up artist for girls to pick up guys. Idk for sure though, maybe I dreamed it. Did you watch the videos mystery just put up on his Area51lifesyle site? They have interviews with people from the show. Notice how bad of acting they do when they are put on the spot. because I don't believe those dudes on that show aren't actor's, for real's I don't care what you all say that mystery dude isn't a sell out. I think what he did is phenomenal, because of the TV series I kind of know how to play the game and what this forum is talking about. It kind of gives me the chance to know how to display victory on the dating game

Check when that casting call article was published, Jan 07. That's definitely enough time to cast, film and edit a week and a half long program (if it was even that). That article was definitely talking about PUA 1. And I think the show is shit now that I have more knowledge than what they tell them to do on the show. I actually feel like my game decreases when I watch it |

vh1s-the-pick-up-artist-was-a-fraud-vt7 ... ick+artist If you watched it(like me) Joe D says that he lives in his parents basement and all he did was play video games. His profile (some where in that post) said he is an actor. There is a little disconnect if you take the two at face value. |
