there's this attractive girl i work with. when i work with her i neg her, kino, DHV, and build comfort. she displays IOI's and it seems that she is into me. the funny thing is that i'm her supervisor. recently i noticed that she is not as interested in me as before and i also found out that most of my staff knows that i like her. so i talked to her best friend who is also part of my staff and she told me that she said since i'm her supervisor she only sees me as her supervisor and nothing else.
What do i do in this situation? any advice would help.
