i thought of a strategy to try with a wingman.
when u have got a girls attention and have been talking for a while, u say "wow, ur cute, if i was single i'd totally hit on u", if she's interested in u she might get dissapointed, but if u keep talking and entertain her she'll get even more interested, cus she knows ur taken, but u act like ur into her.
u leave after a while, and ur wingman walks up to her and ask her if she likes u, she'll say
HB "he's so cute and nice, but he's taken, right?"
WM "what? no he's single.. if u like him u should go after him!"
she'll come up to u and ask why u told her u were taken and u say "i just didnt want u to be all over me ;) but now u know the truth, go nuts!"


im new to this pua stuff and i have no idea if this will work, but i thought it was similar to the "if i wasnt gay"-line...

please comment!

I like it...but i think it will backfire more times than not. When your wingman tells her that your single she will think you have some kind of problem with her...why else would you make that up? Also the whole last thing of "i just didnt want you to be all over me" is a little too cocky I also think that could backfire after she was already neg'd.

Anyway i like the routine just think it needs some tweeking!!!

ok thanks! i understand what ur saying.. maybe ur wing should say: "nah he's single, he says that to all girls" or "that just means he likes u!"
that might save the closing line.. as long as ur cocky/funny..

Maybe...but i defiantly think it can work...in fact a lot of the other stuff that mystery does is being used a lot more than this because of the show.

It's not a terrible thing, but your wing walking up and saying "Do you like my friend?" I almost gagged, that's middle school stuff. Have him say something like "I see you're into my friend, but which of your friends is crazy about me?" (Cocky Funny not straight). Something like that...could work.

I'm 17 and i dont use rubbishy lines and routines. You can achieve the exact same result, by um not telling her your taken.. Your just complicated things.

i see what u guys mean.
the do u like my friend part was just the basic meaning, u can say like: "oh i can see ur into him ;)" or something.
and sure, it might work better on really young girls 15-18.. but hey that's what im after right now..
