Well I've thought about it and I've decided that there's about two ways to look at it, masturbation can be a good thing and a bad thing.

pros for masturbating : *it increases your sexual desire - this is good stuff for newbies since most of them still have extreme AA.
*better control of yourself - face it those who masturbate do it because they can't stop themselves, most of us don't plan it out
*there's nothing to be caught on - this is a good point, you can't get caught doing something that you don't do

pros for not masturbating:*control of desire - in a lot of relationships women have the power because they have control over sex, if you don't need her to pleasure you, then you can have the power in the relationship
*calms you down - face it, this is relaxing stuff, you're having a bad day it'll make you feel just a bit better, and you can just calm down and start sarging, you don't need sexual desire to sarge, you only need to want to improve your game

The way I see it if you want to get good don't masturbate at first, there's a lot of pros who'll tell you its ok, or its not, basically if you're not skilled enough to pick up a girl without having to deal with AA then don't masturbate. On the other hand if you're skilled and your energy is over the roof then you might as well do it right before you sarge to calm you down. Just don't do it till you pro, be careful, if you just started out a month or two ago don't do it at all.

Porn is bullshit, or at least most of it. If you look carefully at some sarging guides however you will find a guide on pleasing a woman. I read a good one the last day, but deleted it from my browser history by accident, now I can't find it, but I'm sure there's plenty of other stuff out there if you're willing to look.

Porn is at best fantasy. Not saying some guys don't live that lifestyle but for the most part not. The problem with porn is it sets you up for unreasonable expectations. You start to think it's how every night should go - ain't gonna happen. Starts to kill confidence and then where are you ? You start to latch onto women you think you can have that experience with and then you revert to AFC. Build up your confidence by working as you can and leave the porn.
