Quite a good artical i agree. Problem with most of these inner game things is you can be told them all a million times but they wont sink in until you beleive it yourself.

Funny thing is, if you say something like "I accept myself and the way I look" a few times a day in the mirror. You will begin to believe it yourself ;) Same as you will say: "I am hot" a lot of times, you will believe it yourself after some time. You could get a little arrogant though :roll: Search for Hypnotica or some of Ross Jeffries on this subject. Interesting read though!

Although true, but when you say it you have to believe it to some extent. That is why hypnosis doesnt work on some people, if you dont beleive it will work your subconsious wont accept it.
