I'm not getting paid to say this, I love this fucking book. I'm not thinking about things/women/socializing objectively lately and I was really feeling like I was losing control and undoing any progress I had made with myself. So i decided to sit down and flip through my seduction e-books. they all suck. they may all contain good info, but i hate the way they're written and I hate how technical they all seem. But Real World Seduction just seems very easy to grasp.

I am the prize.
You are trying to win me over.
You are trying to get me to sleep with you.
We are going to sleep together but only if you live up to my standards.

How easy is it for an attractive woman to find these statements true for her interactions with men all day long?

There are a couple of unattractive girls that were throwing themselves upon me last night and this is the "meta-frame" that i had toward them, however I don't think they'll ever fit my standards.

And the extra g makes the word cat more clear without leaving a gap.

Swinggcat's frame control is awesome. What he is teaching is to steal a woman's frame, and turn it back on here.

You see, when a woman talks to a man, usually the frame is the woman is the prize and the man is trying to win her over. But Swinggcat teaches us to reverse this. His book 'Real World Seduction' gives you mindsets/beliefs, techniques, and linguistic tricks to let the girl know YOU are the prize and SHE has to win you over.

I've read Swinggcat's book and would recommend it to everyone.

I agree. I've studied countless books/ebooks on the subject and his is one that stands out.

His audio course was more helpful to me than his book. Maybe Im not interacting with hot enough women in my low HB density area, but I can't seem to get his stuff to work well enough for me. For example, he doesnt kino escalate at all, he just reciprocates and push pulls
