Since I discovered this pick up stuff, there are some things I've discovered. Now I cant stand people aproaching the wrong way. People when aproach me, do it terrible almost every time; from behind or speaking weakly. People in general is not very socially aware of their own actions. This helps me to notice how not to aproach girls in the future. Maybe Im being a little to harsh on people that aproach me badly (I make them feel that they have just demostrated lower value).
I have noticed that people see me as a higher value individual, even if I dont feel very higher value at the time. That leads to some calibration errors; I told a girl that I was kind of shy...but she tought of me as the most social guy ever...so she stared at me with a WTF look on her eyes.
Now I understand body language, and use it to demostrate value always (mostly for training pourpouses, you know, just to get used to it). Yesterday I was on the bus stop, and there was this gorgeous girl...with a couple of her friends. I didnt tried to aproach her (pulling off the logistics was almost impossible), instead I used my body language to look really alpha....and...uh.... cool
. When I got closer to the set...I heard one of the target's friends say just after I walked by: "But he isnt that good looking". I had earphones on, but my Ipod had no battery left, so I were able to hear that.
Maybe on my AFC days I would have felt bad about that "Im not good looking, oh crap!!" but now I know that I was able to get their attention...to the point that they were talking about me.
