So quite often I find myself in this position I've negged a girl, upped kino and things are going great but way too often I've had this problem where I neg them and it seems to really slow things down a little bit should I stick to my guns or should I bottom out at some point? Also on the topic of negs I've tried one method where I really target a girl hard giving her some light negs like shit talking her clothes and then her hair and then cuddling up to her afterwards but one thing i found kind of works is then getting her alone and saying you're not sure why you're being so hard on her any thoughts on that it's semi successful but it really doesn't seem fool proof |

Negs are light teasing actions, it's just flirting with a girl. If you are slowing things down then you're doing it wrong or too often. There is a point of diminishing returns. |

Negs aren't insults or sarcastic remarks. The biggest reason to not bother is that guys misunderstand the original idea constantly and end up just acting like assholes. |

Agreed. Negs went too far in the old days. The best "neg" is what poeticlyskuac says, light teasing. The classic line by Mystery "you're losing me!" is a good example of this. You just teasingly play off of the girl - she laughs. It's all in fun and she knows it - the magic of it is that 99% of guys don't have the stones to pull this shit off so you come off as unique. |

It came from the very old and very true idea that people want what they can't have. This confusion is why OP it is best to skip it. Even a veteran of the forum doesn't know lol. |
