Post subject:  How to escalate with coworker
So this coworker of mine is quite obviously interested in me. She initiates eye contact frequently and holds it for a while, and her head has whipped around at least a couple of times when I come into view. I honestly haven't seen anything quite this obvious from a woman since high school. We've spoken a couple times, once at a bar (monthly company happy hour), I told her I was leaving "Oh no, so soon? It's so early!", even though a lot of people had left.

Anyway, how could I escalate with this girl? I don't want to get friend zoned, and the whole coworker factor makes it a sticky situation. Obviously no kino until I know for sure she's into me. Wrong assumptions could bode poorly for me lol.

You are using your work environment as the excuse to not escalate but your real problem is escalation itself. I mean, you seem to think that escalating is about kino?

Escalation can be done in other ways (that do not involve touching):
- Non-verbally
- Verbally

Plan B is to simply just ask her to join for drinks (You say she likes you, right?) Stop pussy footing around otherwise, someone else will get in there
