I can't seem to make eye contact with myself in the mirror. I'm intimidatingly hot and my mental self doesn't seem to be in sync with my external sexiness.

I'm thinking of opening myself over the shoulder, and using a false time constraint, so I don't have to deal with immediate rejection. And then possibly neg myself, so I'm on an equal level with myself. I suspect delivering the neg as a cold read could be the most effective way, as it both lowers my bitch shield, AND builds intrigue.

Then I can move into my affirmation routine.

Have any of you encountered similar issues?
How would you approach this serious matter?

Most of the stuff you listed actually works, it's just not for rookies. I really only do the rainbow ruse, myself. Guess that makes me a "nerd." Oh well.
