Okay PUA community, let me get some brutal honesty! I met a friend of a friend at a party recently in a city about 2 hours away from mine. We hit it off. Making out within a couple hours. I got her number, met her again the next day for coffee/walk/make out. It was a good time. I'm going through a divorce and she knows this so she says she's into me and doesn't want to move too quickly b/c she likes me a lot and is afraid I might hurt her (divorced guys sleep around, she's been told. Doesn't want to be a rebound, etc.). I say I understand, we'll keep it light, just having fun, and I'll keep in touch. We kept in touch over the next couple of weeks and she's been hot and cold. She'd respond to texts sporadically and would respond to a message I'd leave on her VM with a text, so I backed off a bit and eventually we set another date to meet up. When we finally met up after two weeks away, we picked it right back up where we left off, super into each other. Lots of kino and no awkwardness. I ended up staying at her place because it was too late to crash at my friends'. Ended up sleeping in her bed and we did some kissing and nothing more. She's tired and wants to get to sleep. We caught up later before I left town and she seemed super excited to see me. We had a good walk, kissed our goodbyes, and I left. She says get home safe, text me when you get there, and I do. After that, I don't hear from her. I try her after a day on the phone, but she doesn't answer or return my call. After another call and voicemail from me a couple days later, I get a text from her saying she'll call me after work. Her patterns suggest that she won't, though, and that's exactly what happens. I get a text from her a couple days later saying "Hey! How's it going?" which I ignore. It's been a couple of days since then, and I'm wondering if I should respond and if so, how to initiate contact again. I like the girl but she's out of town and I have other solid options. My question to you, community: Is this a shit test of hers, or does it seem like she genuinely isn't interested? She lives in a condo in the middle of a busy city and she's hot so she's going to have a lot going on. I figure if I make myself scarce, she'll be more interested, but I may be overthinking this. Thoughts? Anyone had a similar experience? |

Why did you post this general question in the Lounge? You didn't fuck her yet? You slept in her bed and didn't fuck her? How dare you Sir! There’s something about you that you did or said or believed in that went straight to her little heart and compelled her to like you. But until then you are nothing more than a "text a dick". Explore those other options, keep it light until you can logistically F-close. |

Do you actually have other solid options, or are you just saying that? Cause I'm sorta thinking the latter. The fact you're even asking about this stuff tells us all you're not a pro with a vast contacts list (at least yet). You just got out of a marriage and you're doting on this one girl who isn't giving you the attention you want (in your defense, she's being a bit cunty). If you truly had a lot of other options, this girl would be an afterthought. So - accept that... Then let's look at this specific problem. I think most of us have had this particular girl 'type' - she's nuts... and lukewarm in terms of her interest. If she can't be bothered to pick up the phone when you call, I don't know why you'd continue to call. Backing off, like you did, is the way to go. If you're in the same bed as her and couldn't convert - that's a problem, too. As I mentioned above - if you really did have 10 other girls on the go, this one would have fallen off the radar and you'd be messaging, making out and fucking the other 9 -- and this wouldn't even be a topic. |

Haha! Thank you for the responses and the brutal honesty. I'll keep posts like this to the general questions section next time. I did mistakenly post this in the wrong section of the forum. The "other solid options" are girls that are interesting, good personality but not quite as hot. And it looks like you've confirmed my thoughts. I'll take the advice and move on. |

God i hate these types of women. Going thru the same shit but i managed to fuck mine 6 times. I fucking ravaged her the first time we fucked after her giving me LMR in my house. Then she fucking goes cold, few days later we fuck, cold, fuck cold. ect.... I am willing to bet my balls that they do this because they are fucking someone else. Anyways dont chase her you will only humiliate your self and get you nowhere. |
