Post subject:  Very good chemistry,unexpected reaction?
I approached a girl and she was receptive and friendly i talked to her before class for 30 minutes and there was good chemistry between us,at the end of the conversation i took her number,and then after the class i said bye,and then after 1 hour a called her and she cancelled........what does this mean?

She most likely already had something to do already. When you gamed her you probably made her forget everything. Time passed and her reality sunk back in. Do not chase her.

I have a question: did you break rapport?

UPDATE, i skipped a day and called her again, SHE cancelled again,so i sent a message "what with you uncle ninja" (this quote in my language seems funny,i know it's ball busting in English)

Stop contacting her immediately, you're being needy as fuck.

Calm down and game other girls, then hit her up again when things settle a bit. If she still rejects, move on.

You need to work on yourself. Watch videos on how to approach and escalate, you seem to need them. You most probably didn't approach and escalate properly on your first meeting, that's why she flaked.
