Hey guys, I've really taken a liking to David Tian, and want to incorporate "The Rake" style of seduction into my pick-up. Any tips on how to be "The Rake". I could use some general mindsets, nonverbals, and examples of Rakes if you guys have any. -Elijah |

Read The Art of Seduction if you haven't already. That's where the term "The Rake" comes from. Being a "rake" is only one of many things you can do to seduce someone. You can add some couquette to your persona as well if you like. In reality people tend to be a mix of those attributes. |

Perfect. Thank you. I read only so far as The Rake in the Art of Seduction, I'll read into coquette as well

An intense love and weakness for pleasure and women. A love of debauchery for debauchery sake. No shame, and an uncontrollable drive to fulfill the moment's desire. Live in the moment, and do not fear consequences. "Feels good do it mentality" or "Fuck it mentality" Becoming a rake is not an over night thing. It is a personality trait/ out look on life that needs to be developed. All that being said, why do you want to be a Rake? Personally, I am a rake, and even I have to admit the lifestyle is self destructive. Additionally, although I love the life style, it really gets you into some trouble. Furthermore, it requires a lot of self control to avoid trouble. The highs are high and the lows are low. |
