Starbuck, I was informed earlier today by my publisher of this very libel being posted on that other forum. I thought you should know that thier legal department has sent a cease and desist letter to the owners of that forum allowing them the opportunity to remove said libel from thier forum. I thought you may wish to know this because obviously if the compliance standards set forth in that letter are not met, an injunction will be proceeding placing an official cease and desist order on that forum, and ordering them to turn over the contents of thier database to the courts so that a personal defamation with intended malice suit may proceed. I would urge you to modify or remove your comments to avoid this being taken further. |
