i dont mean this in a rude way i mean the kid is my best friend. BUT hes the alpha out of my group of friends ... hes about 6.1 im 5.11 hes got hight on me, hes a big kid and normal sized and don't work out like he does.. he always takes the alpha position whenever we hang out with girls.. telling the stories etc... etc.. i want to out alpha him, i do so much better with girls when in NOT with him.. it sucks hes my main dude but hes keeping me down.. any advice |

Does he know that he does it to you? If so, he is not a very good friend. If not, just tell him to chill a little bit when there are women around. You could always just exclude him when you go out to pick-up chicks. Just hang out with him when you are just out for fun. Your more relaxed attitude when you are with him will help you to look more alpha when he is around. |

Become the Alpha / leader of your social circle...including him. If you arent able to be the alpha of your group how are you gonna open a set and become the alpha of thier group? |
