You truly find success when you've learned everything and it becomes a part of you. When everything "is just a test" to see what works and what doesn't.... but the outcome isn't as important anymore. There's a turning point where you find what works and what doesn't work for you. You find out what techniques fit your personality the most, then you forget all of the technical bullshit and start picking up women naturally. You end up flirting with women without even realizing you're doing it. It becomes a part of you.

Actually... That's just when you become unconsciously competent.

When you become an EXPERT, in my opinion... is when you can actually teach someone else how to have as much success (if not more) than you do.

I've learned more teaching then learning it for myself... You never a master a subject without teaching it... we all have different voids of skills and information... so when I've learned I realized things that I naturally did or didn't have to do when someone else needed help in this area....

Any true expert spends hrs weekly studying his area of expertise.

Peace and Love,

Vic

I don't know man. I hate this outcome independence bullshit, or at least how the term is used. We should obviously care about the outcome, otherwise wtf is the point of going out or doing anything in life? How outcome independence is used in the community is really just "don't fear failure". A more logical interpretation of outcome independence would be: "Just because you've failed, doesn't mean what you did was wrong" (i.e. pick-up is probabilistic in nature, and what matters is the decision making and actions you took over the long term, not whether or not they worked in that particular instance (kind of like poker) TO be outcome independent, as in, not to care about outcomes, is fucking retarded in my opinion.

In most professional fields where there are measurable and specific standards, the top 1% of performers are considered experts. These experts are highly skilled in integrating various information and knowledge that relate to their profession which give them an unusual depth and provide uncanny insights in their field of expertise.

In PUA, where almost everything is just based on someone's say so, where infield videos can be staged, where female models can be hired, where product reviews can be bandwagon-ed by sock puppets and offshore outsourcers, and so on and so forth, an expert is someone who gives field tested advice that works at least 80% of the time or provides insights on things that you can observe infield which no one else has realized or offered.

That field tested advice has to be crystal clear and not vague which leaves no room for misinterpretation when you field test it, or when you see it unfolding right before your eyes, or when you remember it happening to you a long time ago.

I think you are both right and wrong at the same time. I think "outcome independence" is a term meant to describe the winning attitude. On RSD they talk about "attitude of abundance", which is the same thing. It is almost the same attitude as you would have towards women if you had a girlfriend - that you don't give a shit whether a girl likes you or not.

Women likes men who know what they want. So if a girl doesn't meet your expectations, tell her, and go find someone else. Have a critical attitude and be "the buyer" - looking for a woman who will meet your expectations. Women also love men with self control. Make your attraction and hunger for her obvious, but keep holding back until she let you have her. Women find that very attractive.

Ok say this: I'm a 20 year old college student with 15 months of experience (in-field approaching and stuff). Yet I have some pretty big holes in my game such as closing, getting same night lays (I haven't got any same-night lay in my life!). If I'd teach people my knowledge, would it eventually make me realise the holes in my game so I can progress myself?

E.g. I can teach people stuff about approaching, creating attraction, using humor and stuff. Does that have an indirect affect on things I'm uncapable of handling yet? I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, I just want to slowly expertise myself more into a seducer.

For me it's easier to teach, I always help my friends out.

Yes, teaching will just reinforce everything you learnt. You start to actually believe it when teaching it to someone else, rather than just having a subjective studentlike approach to the stuff you've learnt.

I believe teaching makes u think you have become "MPUA" and that leds you to alpha behavors.
its like EGO-boost. remember u become natural with woman when teaching or "SHOWING" how to done.
but alone time u become afc.

Being considered an 'expert' in anything is extremely overrated if it's not pertaining to anything job related. As long as you are competent enough for your own standards and way of life that should be good enough for you. Looking for validation in others to tell you that you are an 'expert' is lowly in my opinion. It's nice when somebody acknowledges that you are good at what you do, but it shouldn't be necessary for your ego/happiness.

Btw are you a Bears fan? I am, although I wouldn't bet on them this year. There's too many unanswered questions at this point, especially after last week's loss to Detroit.
