1. Learn their language
No matter how good your game, most of the time a russian girl would prefer a guy that speaks her language rather than an english speaking guy. Also, many russians don't speak english well. Put a couple of russian girls in one set and it's almost impossible to get them to speak english with you.
2. Don't neg them or be a jerk at the first phase of pick up.
Russian girls prefer a gentlemen over a lady's man.
3. Make them feel special.
Tell them that you know many russian girls but you haven't meet russians who are down to earth like that before.
4. Be a man and in most cases a caveman.
Once you know she is attracted, try to seal the deal. Just like any other girls, more you wait more you are fucking yourself up.

Most of the russians i've meet gave me more shit tests than i have ever got from any other girls. If you are patient and you deal with most of them correctly you will get them to bed.. Many times, they will give you a hint that she is ready to do so. Just my 2 cents from countless rejections dealing with russians until this day. I'm glad to say I'm doing good when it comes to them now.

You are taking a specific situation there.. Living in the usa, working at a strip club kind of scene and looking for a better life abroad.. In europe it's different as many russians that come from moscow here are filthy rich

From being born in Ukraine, living in Russia, speaking Russian, knowing too many Russians in USA:

This is true for any person in any country.
Many Russian girls in Russia have learned English in school and will try to speak it with you. They will most likely be bad, although some know it well, but nonetheless it will be similar to any other girls from a different country.
Many Russians speak English better than people from other countries. It's just the nature of the Russian language- it's one of the more complicated ones and it's not as difficult for them to learn English.
Russians will stick together in USA, but they expect all men to hit on them. Most will also give you the time of day even if you don't speak English.

You shouldn't neg or be a jerk to anyone. If that's something you do, then I agree with this. Russian humor is more intellectual than sarcasm, and they prefer to be straight to the point. If you are a dick, they will take it literally and can call you out on it. That's why in Russia and other ex-Soviet countries it's more accepted to compliment your way into the girl's comfort. There's a Russian saying, "Women love with their ears."

This is less true with Russian girls. It's more accepted in Russia than USA to go on some dates before you fuck. It's typical for a girl there to also be sexual- she'll throw in obvious hints and it's more accepted for them to invite you in/over. Nonetheless, you have to show confidence and be a gentleman, just like with any other girls around the world.

Good point there Pickwick.. Russian woman love a guy that is straight forward and doesn't have a hidden agenda behind what he is doing. It's not bad to let her know that you are interested in her or even compliment her from time to time.. Just like any other girl, they love attention. But when it comes to them, you can be direct when doing that.. Last week I met 2 russian girls on holiday here in milan. They told me the way pick up happens in Russia is basically a man looks into a girls eyes. If she is slightly interested she would look him back.. They do this for a while and then both sides know it's on, and that's when the guy comes in and approach.. Something interesting is very often they offer to treat you a drink which is not normal in most parts of Europe. That suggests that they are kind.. Not all but a big majority

Yeah, I also find that interesting. The accepted norm has always been that the man pays for everything, which I have to say is still around. A woman offered to buy me a drink this past year in Kiev, which I of course entitled to my sexy long legs.

Another thing I also find interesting is women in Russia and Ukraine have started using the word "boy" to describe men the same as we use the word "girl" for women. Found that rather fascinating.
