Post subject:  Rate/help me with my looks

Hey guys, gotta ask you a favor. Please rate me (on a 1-10 scale) - essential for knowing myself better (and possible confidence builder too).

Also give me some tips, plz.

Yes, I am letting my hair grow long.

So go, knock yourself out!

I'm just gonan give this tip in general, ask a few people to honestly tell you how your beard look. if they say shave, shave :P

Think that would look better also you could use a wardrobe change, I would go for a more formal or classic/artsy look if I were you.

Not gonna rate you. You look fine by me if you fix the 2 stated above.

Not going to rate you on your looks cuz im not gay.... jk cuz its not important..... what you need to do is

1. get a hair cut
2. get contacts
3. shave the beard or trim it so its groomed
4. trim the eye brows a bit ( comb upwards and trim some off)
5 buy better fitting pants that are designer
6. rings and necklace
7. buy some shoes that are stylish
8. don't wear preppy shirts like everyone else..... i think u would look good in a long sleeve collar....but one with embroideries on it so you stand out
9. even though its just a pic... fix you body launguage.... stand with feet farther apart.... take your hands out of your pockets...... lift up your head.... and pull back your shoulders.
10. go to the gym

this is not meant to be a dick or trying to make myself feel better by bringing you down.... i want you to do this to better yourself.
everything i said doesn't need to be done at once..... but like mystery says you only have 28,000 days to live so times a wasting

I disagree on the haircut trivial, I think he should try long hair, it takes a long time to grown and he is well on the way. So now is a good time to try it. and not designer jeans (WHO would be crazy enough to pay 3 times as much for the same jeans? :P) just get jeans and take them to a local tailor and let them be fittet to you, MUCH cheaper then designer.

1) I understand the long hair, and there is a particular brand of girl attracted to that style (I'm occasionally one of them), but there is a difference between long hair and unstyled hair. Styled long hair can be a great peacocking tool. If it’s clean and long, girls will inevitably reach out and play with your hair. This is a combination of the sensual and the comforting for a woman, and it is all things good for a PUA.

Stop parting your hair to the side. Part it through the middle and then get in the habit of 'flipping' it. To Flip Your Hair: Run your hands through your hair starting about 1/3 of the way back from the beginning of your hair line. This ruffles the hair in the back of your head, without disturbing the hair which frames your face at the front. Watch John Depp, it's a trick he learned from a chick at some point in his life to look cool, I guarantee it.

2) Facial Hair can be sexy, but I have to veto the jaw line beard. In attempting to give your jaw more definition, you've sacrificed a strong appearance. Shave the jawline edging and reshape the front. Make a line directly downward from the corners of your mouth on your face. A goatee shouldn't spread further then that line. Make sure the length is managable. You want the length of the hairs to get smaller as they head towards your lips, or some girl is going to get a mouth full of it when you go to make out, and that's not going to keep her around for the f-close.

3) Posture is really important. You look nervous and too prepared for rejection. You’re supposed to be sending me signals that I'm not worth your time, not the other way around. Spread your legs, throw back your shoulders. Put your hands in your back pockets if you feel the need to do something with them, this opens your body language and naturally throws back your shoulders. Practice walking around with your back constantly straight and your shoulders back for a couple of days. The crippling pain in your back from starting this should go away by the end of the week, I promise. ;)

4) The jeans might be workable as a "worn in" style, but loose the shirt. It weakens your frame. It's okay if you don't want to be the guy who spends hours in the gym, but even he can look like he spends too many hours on the couch if he doesn't know how to dress.

Try a long sleeve shirt with a short sleeved button-up overtop. Pull the sleeves 2/3 of the way up between your wrist and elbow. This will show off your forearm, which is usually the ‘strongest’ looking part of a man’s arm, even if he doesn’t work out. You can also pull off long sleeved button-ups with a short sleeved t-shirt overtop (remember to roll the sleeves 2/3 of the way up between your wrist and elbow), but I prefer the reverse since the button-up will help with your weak shoulders and camouflage the heft in the front. Make sure not to button the shirt all the way up, or I will find you and beat the heck out of you.

5) Contacts suck. I know, I wear them every day and I'm blind as a bat without them. (Chicks have the benefit of being able to pull off the sexy librarian look with the right pair of glasses. This is less viable for people unable to fit into a wiggle skirt.)

One of the most powerful tools of the PUA is eye contact. People are terrified to make eye contact. Being able to do so projects confidence and authority and separates you from the herd. Your glasses are going to nullify any effect that direct eye contact might have. The next time you have the option for contacts or glasses, choose contacts. Keep the old pair of glasses for emergencies and nights when you’re staying in, but dedicate yourself to getting used to a word where you aren’t hidden behind thick frames.

Good luck babe. Post a picture if you make any changes. It’s the girl in me, but I love before and after photos on makeovers. ;)

One pair of designer jeans is worth it. Not nesicarily a whole wardrobe. Women will notice if your wearing armani, 7, or affliction. They will also REALLY take notice if your wearing some hymed up Wranglers.

Work on your body language... Fix that posture.

Show some confidence. My advice:

*Work on inner game... for know on, forget about outer game. You will know when your ready to start working on outer game again

yeah he could grow out his hair... but i guess im crazy enough  but I disagree on not getting designer jeans... if your tight on money then dont but i would recommend diesels because they have a lower cut on the hips and have good fade and staiins that regular pants wont have.... and they are one of the few jeans that has there logo on the front which girls notice. Plus lovedrop wears them :)

Get nicer jeans, prefferably tighter fitting. Nicer/flashier shoes. Keep the hair long, grow it out. Do a stripe on the chin not a wide thing, your face is round you want thin long styles (no jokeing) to compliment your face. Dont ditch the glass's, get ones like the dude from weezer wears, it will match your face and will give you a indentity. thin, rectangle type glass's similar to

The shit/jacket looks eh, get nice/more intresting shirts, if rugby type shirts are your thing i have seen some loud ones. Think about rings/neck wear. Possibly peircings.

The watch looks ok, but its hard to tell how nice it is...keep it tho.

posture is also part of it, and plz GET THE HANDS OUTTA THE POCKETS!!!

Ok, thanks much. Changed my hair (now I'm combing it through the middle), shaved my beard (only left a little bit on my chin, they say it looks much better), tomorrow I'm signing into gym and i will go to the Zagreb (Croatia's capital city) on Saturday with my father probably, shopping for new jeans anyway, so I may as well take some good-looking shirts.

Oh yeah, and I told my wish for contact lenses to the parents, and they say they will try to do something about it.

About the jeans; they ARE designer. And the shoes; they are only my slippers.

Trying to change my posture, I'll see how it goes.

I'll show you a new picture of me soon!

Carpe Diem.

Looking foreward to seeing the new you, however reconsider the contacts and glass's...i think with the right glass's it would be better..however you could mix it up, sometimes contacts sometimes more stylish glass's.

I agree with everything trivial said except the haircut. I think you might look good with long hair. Try long hair out and if its not working for ya then get it cut.

Yeah I was going to say that your posture in the photo isn't the greatest. The cowboy pose can work, but it looks like you are using it as a crutch instead of a dominant display. You also have your weight on one foot more then the other as one knee is bent. Try to spread that out across both feet and also hold your head higher and roll out your shoulder so you are more erect. Hope that helps!
