The age old question. Well, at least for the past few decades. People have always debated back and forth but I have a little theory to explain it. This could be used as a opinion opener. I love the look on girls faces when I explain it to them, they light up. We live in a world where men are expected to initate a conversation, a friendship and even marrige. Our success is measured in terms of how successfull we are at doing these things. Let's call them "goals." Now, if a woman's friendship, trust or sex is earned too easily, this degrades their status. Let's call them "goalkeepers." Now to finally put this in a simple prespective. Men are players and women are goalkeepers. We are judged by our ability to score goals and women are judged by their ability to defend them. |

Sounds a little too preachy and philosophical for an opener. Whenever that comes up for me I simply respond with "For men it's a chore, for women it's a choice." Men rely on their conversational skills, charm, wits and body language whereas with women it depends on how attractive they are for the most part. |

I think that you're bringing things to her attention that you don't really want to, because by talking about how she is judged by how many "goals" she has scored against her, you are making her be aware about not letting you score that goal, for fear of becoming the slut you speak of. |
