what I've noticed is that its not the gift but more of the thought you put into it. Example like my mom bf paid for people to come clean our house and changed our light bulbs. |

I've celebrated Valentines Day with numerous times with a few different girls. . . And I have come to the conclusion that it's a shitty holiday! In fact, my last girlfriend and I began dating two days after Valentines Day. . .I simply refused to take her out on Feb. 14th. But, if you MUST do it, then I would recommend you calling her over and cooking her dinner. For some reason, women eat that up. Its cheap, its romantic, and you don't have to fight the unruly crowd. . . |

Ok, from a girls perspective (and you can tell L.A. Tripp to listen up too. LOL!) . . . chocolates, candy, and flowers are dandy BUT that's so old school. Use your creative side and come up with something of your own. If you're REALLY creatively challenged, here's a site that might help spark that imagination . . . http://www.lovingyou.com Don't get frightened by the name of the website. It's actually got some good ideas on it! One of my favorites is where a guy got a hotel room for the night and COMPLETELY filled it with balloons with notes inside and they had fun popping them together and letting her read each note. Hope you find something that works for you and you have a Happy Valentine's Day!!! ~Cali Tripp |

If you want to be even more original go to build a bear and have them record your voice into the stuffed dog to say "I love you" everytime you press it. |

Cute, but still not original. Just ask a person that works there and I'm sure they'll tell you that several people do it.And, yes, saying I love you after a month of dating is REALLY pushing it and I wouldn't suggest that! ~Cali |

Actually, as Cali said that's just not the way to go. That's so completely AFC. Especially after just one month. We are supposed to be PUA's, which means different than the Average Frustrated Chump . . . GET IT?Anyway, different is better. Make it YOU. And, not expensive either! After just a month? There's not MUCH she could have done to deserve expensive gifts, and definitely not an I love you yet. Even if it is on one of those candy hearts. |

You got to the same point I was getting too. All I meant is one month wasn't worth buying anything extravagant. Jesus. |
