There seem to be so many PUAs out there now with so much material ( book, e-book, DVD, audio tapes) for sale. My question is ... specifically to develop skills in building sexual tension ... which I think I need some work on ... which specific materials do you recommend and from which PUA? I'm talking not about meeting women, not about approaching women, but specifically once you're already met them and you're on dates with them. I obviously can't buy them all so how do I get the biggest "bang for the buck" so to speak? Thanks for the help! L. |

NLP is great for building sexual tension.I obviously can't buy them all so how do I get the biggest "bang for the buck" so to speak? Thanks for the help! L. You might try something by Ross Jefferies. And join the PMZ. There are many resources on PMZ including downloads and mentor ship programs from those who teach the basics. If I had to choose between the two, I would join the PMZ. Because it will expose you to far more sexual tension building techniques than simply buying one e book for the same price. |

I don't spend my money on aholes. Any other suggestions? DeAngelo? Lance Mason (Pickup 101)? Anybody else? |

I highly recommend David Shade. His stuff is great if you need to learn about, or simply re-enforce what you know about sex and sexuality. I always knew that women love it when you talk dirty, but before reading his stuff, I don't know if I would have had the courage to actually grab a girl by the hair while fucking her from behind and tell her that she loves being my dirty little slut and loves it when she makes me cum while I'm inside her, but now, not a big deal. Just remember, women want to be treated like a lady in the living room and a slut in the bedroom, but that doesn't mean they want to be a slut, merely that they want to act like one and feel like one when she feels safe and secure with a man that can bring her sexuality out. |

Agree, agree. I'm more looking for things to generate sexual tension at the beginning of a dating relationship though. I will check out Shade's stuff. Thanks.
