I didn't know exactly where to put this but I'm sure a lot of you have or have had the same problem. So every thing has been going great, I know how to be the alpha of the group, I've gotten 100% more confident over the last 2 months that I've started this but...

For like 2 weeks now I feel like absolute shit. I don't feel like doing or going out to do anything. I stay at home and play my 360 and haven't gone to the gym in a long time. Any one got some good motivational tips to get me back on track?

You`ll get over it. Maybe your tempo was to high for a longer period and now your body is giving you signals its time to rest a bit. Although, if it goes on for a longer period, you should maybe change your eating habits, eat more healthy food, hit the gym even if you don`t feel like. I oftenly have no energy for gym after hard day at the office but I go anyway. After 15 minutes I start to feel lot better and after the training I am full of energy and positive attitude.

Or you can change your everyday routine, go for a walk or jogging in a different park, or go to different coffee bar then usual, or do something else that you usually don`t. It will help for sure.

Best way to cure anything according to the game, "GO SARGING!" 8) Seriously though, I would get back into your workout routine, because that will pump up your energy. Maybe after coming home from a long day at work, take a power nap (1 -2 hr) and then go out.

Trash the 360. Wait, mail it to me. Actually don't, I used to play that shit all the time and it cost me...well it cost me a lot in terms of friendships and relationships.

Video games will inhibit social interaction. You ever watch people playing video games after a few hours? They're like fucking zombies, like betas in the presence of the all powerful alpha game console.

You need to do what Jsmooth said, go sarging. GO SARGING! Drag your ass out of the house and go talk to strangers. Maybe tease a few HB's. If it's hard to get rid of that 360, then use this trick: associate pain with gaming. Associate pleasure with working out, talking to people, doing productive things. Give it a try. What've you got to lose.

I probably am a little burnt out. I should try changing my eating habits and just go hit the gym. Thanks for the advice
