Ok I'm on a bit of a high now being able to post my first lay report that I can attribute specifically to stuff I've learned from the forum. Thanks guys
I met up with a couple of other members last week, and went to a club on Friday night. I was doing this night sober as a conscious effort to improve my pickup. It was pretty dead. Tried to talk to the only 2 girls dancing, with some line like 'oh wow how come you're the only 2 dancing?' and they said they'd drunk a whole bottle of vodka.... Tried to get them to come and join me and a fellow PUA at the bar, with no luck, so ejected.
No bother. Keep going. Found a table football (fussball) table. There was 3 of us PUAs there, which meant we needed 1 more to play 2 a side. Walked in to play and just said 'hey we need 1 more to make teams of 2, come and join us'. A girl joined us on my team. Whenever we scored, I went for a high five. (kino) After a couple of games I ejected and went and joined 2 other friends at the bar.
Whilst I was at the bar (with 2 good friends) I actively assumed the 'locking in' position, (back to the bar and my 2 friends facing me) so that my target who was seated would subconsciously see me as the 'leader'...if she was watching. I later went and joined the group (3 girls, 1 guy) at their table, having established some sort of initial contact through the table football.
My wingman joined me, and we fluff talked for a bit. I tried to work in some kino. After a little while i said TO MY WINGMAN 'let's go dance, come on, let's go' and got up. The whole set got up with us - this was a major IOI.
After a bit of dancing (i can't dance, just act confident and have fun), i ejected and went to the bar where 2 friends were (an effort to appear a bit disinterested). chatted with 2 mates. 1 gave me some sunglasses and a false moustache. I put these on and carried on nonchalantly gaming the original girl. I isolated, sat down with her, put my arm around her and went for the kiss. I was sober at this point but not worried as I took the following to the dancefloor as an IOI.
Ended up making out with her a lot that night.
The next night, went to the same club. She was there with her Ex-BF. She ws dancing with him. I totally ignored her and danced with my (female) friend. She kept dancing nearby, and trying to get my attention. I totally ignored. Eventually she came and slumped her arms around me and said something attention seeking. I just kissed her despite her being there with her ex. From this point on the whole evening was a bit weird as her ex was there following us round the whole time. She was pretty wasted as he'd been buying her drinks all night. fuck him, I just made out with her and put my hands all over her.
To be fair, I don't know if this was a good decision as she said she was getting turned on - she then 'had to get a lift home' with her ex. He probably fucked her if he had an ounce of game as she was horny.
Fast forward. I took her out for a meal tonight. Teased her a lot. She was saying how i couldnt handle her. I was saying I could.
From here on in it was just a logistical thing. I had her alone, I had made out with her a lot twice before. I joked about all the other guys she said had taken her out on dates (I said i wasn't going to foot the whole bill unlike the other chumps who took her out). She said she didn't kiss the other people who took her out.
We went to a pub after the meal. I ended up betting her she wouldn't come back to mine. She said she accepted the bet. I said ok, let's go. Went outside, jumped in a taxi and took her back.
She couldn't stay at mine (had promised her parents she'd be home) but from here on in....I couldn't fail. She was at mine. We'd been making out. Just took her to my bedroom and kissed and escalated.
She got in a taxi home about 30 mins ago.
I feel like a bit of a bastard for texting about 3 of my friends straight away afterwards and then posting this on here. She's a really nice girl who I actually quite like but has quite a few issues. I'll definitely see her again though when I can!
Hope there's some PU stuff in there that people can learn from. I knew she liked me, but acted disinterested. The best bit of advice I actively followed (other than KINO) is 'to get the girl, you gotta be wllling to lose the girl'.

Edit: Remembered this from last night. She kept going on about how her friend kept going on about me and I was really nice. When I met the set, I deliberately was 'nice' and 'cool' to all of them. I barely spoke to the girl in the week since I met her. Her friend had done all the work for me.
