I suggest you start by reading the Venusian arts handbook. Secondly thats a very vague question, you should start looking into the different steps.

Eg. Open, Neg, DHV, Comfort Build etc.

I have invented a quick milshake called 'quicklay' just mix it with water and bam you will get laid.

how about you start reading up and material and see how you can imrpove YOURSELF to make yourself more enjoyable to hang out with.

one word of advice though,
Start having conversations with more people.
