Okay so I've been gaming for about 8/9 months now. Seems like a weird time to do a newbie challenge, but since I had the time off work, and really wanted to clear the clutter out my rAFC mind I decided to try one of them out. The mission was to go to the shopping center, (I'll call it the mall since most people here are American) , smile and say hi, to girls walking passed. I also thought I'd throw in a side mission from the stylelife challenge, which was to get 3 girls to recommend a good place for mens' clothes. I have a fairly solid night-game (still not PUA yet) but comparably my day-game is WAYY AFC. And so it began. I think the whole point of this mission is to show that people are actually harmless. In reality this is true, but on the other hand, some people are bloody rude. And sometimes, for some reason, smiling and saying 'hi' to a girl walking passed/next to you is enough to trigger the, 'sexual predator' (un)attraction switch in her brain. In just over 20 approaches I received the 'please don't rape me' look, about 3 times, not too bad. Phew! That's the negatives out the way. Now for the good stuff. Many people were genuinely surprised by a happy smiling, 'hi' and generally didn't know how to react, then BAM we'd already walked passed eachother. Some people burst out in laughter, which was cool. Then there was this one lady (of the 3 I mentioned earlier) who literally did a B line to the other side of the mall to avoid walking directly next to me. AWESOME! I started to realize that an approach is just an approach and getting her talking is not so hard, once she's talking everything else follows. I realized that the game is truly boundaryless. Any girl, any place, anytime can be opened with a simple, 'you look bored'. That's what the game's about. Not just girls in bars or just girls on the street. It's only complete when you put both together. So the results... I smiled and said, 'hi' to over 20 women. I did get 3 clothing store reccomendations from another three women. Two of them already worked in clothing stores, is that cheating? ie; "Hey your stuff's pretty cool, but I'll give you a challenge, can you recommend somewhere else I can get some cool guys clothes?" Although I had a good chat (and flipped some attraction switches) on a few hotties, (even went handbag shopping for a few minutes with one!) I failed to number close. That's okay, I did mention my daygame leaves alot to be desired and I did make some huge leaps in the right direction. Which is cool with me! I recommend this for newbies, people who have reached a plateau in their game, or feel stale and even for experienced PUAs who think they're pretty good at what they do. I thought I was pretty good, till I walked in and was like, Sh*t saying hi to random girls walking passed is actually really challenging! But remember guys, at the end of the day who even writes the social rules? We do! |
