So here is the background info: I am 21, in college, and very new to the game. I play rugby for my university and there is a bar we frequent a lot. The girl is a very cute waitress there who is also a student. I never hit on her or spoke much, but I've ordered drinks from here before. On 5 de mayo I went bar hopping with a friend, and around midnight I walk into a bar(not the one she works at) and she sees me and jumps on me giving me a huge hug. I can tell shes drunk but I dont care so I grab her hand after a little small talk and guide her to the dance floor. We dance, kiss, etc... She then asks me to do shots and I agree and buy two shots (i know i shouldnt have...but i was kinda drunk and it seemed a good idea). We kiss and dance some more, but then she has to leave cause her veryy drunk friend is getting carried out of the bar. I get her number. I texted her a few times, but there didnt seem to be too much interest and never managed to get her to meet up, I had basically given it up for dead, figuring she was just drunk when we hooked up, until last night. I ran into her at the bar I always go to and she works at, but she wasnt working last night. I was being very social and talking to lots of women, had a girl with me (very hot, but just a friend), and generally having a great time. I saw her almost as soon as I walked in, but she had her back to me and I didnt greet her. Later that night a friend grabbed me and pulled me to the bar where she was sitting and announced we were all taking shots, so I had to greet her. Her: Hey! Me: Oh hey! Yeah, I think weve met before right? (sarchastically) Her: haha, yeah i think so... why didnt you come say hi to me before? Me: I hadnt seen you (lie), why didnt you come say hi to me? Her: I hadnt seen you. (could be true...not sure) So we talk a little and do our shots and stuff...I leave and talk to other girls and come back... at the end of the night the bar is closing and only employees are allowed to stay behind, even if they are not working that night. She stays and I go to a friends house for an after party, but i text her once Im there "Where are you?" and she says shes still at the bar. I tell her theres like 20 people at my friends house, and she says ok, but never showed up. What do I do?!? I dont think I can count the first night where we kissed as anything, seeing as she was very drunk. The only thing it tells me is that she does find me physically attractive. Last night she gave me a few IOIs (asked why I hadnt come say hi, made me try her drink, etc...) but was more interested in hanging out with her friends, and did not come to the after party when I had to leave. I need advice. Sorry for the long post and thank you! |

sounds like she just likes your attention. Maybe cause shes a waitress and wants a good tip. I think you should leave her alone and find some other girls. I know it doesn't seem like much of any help but trust me it is. |

all of our interactions were when she was not working, so i dont think shes angling for a tip. the first night (kissing) wasnt even at the bar she works at. |

I texted her a few times, but there didnt seem to be too much interest and never managed to get her to meet up When you get a woman's phone number, what do you do? you don't call or text right away to let her know or show that you are not desperate call her the next day.. btw man you gamed her while she's drunk she probably not gonna remember you or what she did last night , game her if she has a clear mind and not drunk.. she works at the bar right? she's probably tired serving people there all night and she needs some rest or you didn't tell her that "where are you bla bla? my friend is having a after party it would be cool if you come here with me etc etc" |

Yes she works at the bar... but she was NOT working there either of the nights we talked. She was just out with her friends both nights, not working. Also, I know I made mistakes with her earlier, but last night she was sober and still showed some interest, so I think I could get this to work, just need some advice on how to proceed next. |
