Had a pretty good night...
But I'm not getting laid right now, I'm posting here
Longtime reader, firsttime poster.
Here's my field report:
I go to a college with a lot of house parties, so a lot of the night is going from party to party to bar to party. Plus, I have very little trouble opening. It's the mid to end game that hurts me. I'll explain:
I had a lot of success with one girl in particular. Her name was Corrine.
We were by a alcoholic punch bowl, and she said something to the effect of the punch tastes like jello. I go into this whole routine -- improvised, i'm pretty funny -- about how i don't drink jello, i can wait for a few hours for it to GET HARD and how she doesn't have that patience, and she replies (validating herself to me) about how she dips her fingers into jello to taste how it tastes before she puts it into the fridge and i reply that "remind me to not eat your jello, because it's gross and you put your fingers all up in it" she laughs a lot.
Then she introduces herself to me... "Hi, I'm Corrine, what's your name" IOI 1.... I said it was nice to meet her and she said "Oh no, it's really nice to meet you, that was very funny..."
Later in the conversation, she comes across the room to stand next to me. In a few minutes, she asks her friend if she wants to go downstairs. She does not offer it to me. I think she expects me to follow her. I don't. I forget about her.
Later in the night, I run into her at another party.
She instantly recognizes me and puts her hand on my arms. I said that I lost her earlier, and I thought we were going to make jello together but we've lost that chance forever (which i think was a mistake, because i was validating myself to her) and she puts her hands in my inner arms (IOI 2?) and says "oh no, that was the last thing i was thinking of..." Later she invites me to come to this other party house where people are chilling, and i reply "Oh I was going there with friends later" (not giving a direct answer) and she goes, oh I guess i'll see you later. I see her sitting on the porch of the house and I pass by, expecting her to stop me and say something, but she doesn't, and I run game in there later, and in about 20 minutes when i decide to find her, i can no longer find her.
Was she interested? What should I have done? Did I have it and blow it? Did I never have it?
