Post subject:  breaking the "indepedent" woman
All right, so since I'm extremely new to the GAME, I've been IMing girls on MyspaceIM and trying to sharpen my negs/ witty conversation/ sounding interesting etc. with a main goal of having them send me a friend request (so far I haven't done it without asking them to send me one, so im not exactly there yet.) with the limitation of WHATEVER I DO, I DON'T SEND THE REQUEST THEY HAVE TO SEND IT TO ME.

So with that in mind, this afternoon I got back on and start IMing girls with cute pix. Most have been pretty easy since it's on the internet, and noone else finds out and they expect to get hit on so they let their guard down. Well, I IMed this HB7 with the best opener to use online "Hey". Usually girls are submissive and expect the guys to hit on them and talk and if they like them they'll reply and whatnot, but this girl was different, she responded back with
"Why don't you have a pic?"
This suprised me 1) most girls just say hi back 2) I do have a pic.
Me: I do
Me: can u see it?
her: no
me: well just check out my profile
her: ok
her: wat's ur name?
Again this suprised me because most girls aren't this forward on the internet, and I could tell she was trying to gain dominance. Well if it's one thing i've learned about the games is to DHV. so i said
me: u first
her: i asked u
me: haha i asked u too.
To make a long story short, she wouldn't give me her name until I gave her mine. So I decided to tone down the disinterest and check out her profile to figure out her name. Eventually I got it but she had nothing on me, because despite of saying she had done it she hadn't gone to my profile and was trying to coerce me to telling her all my info. Obviously she was trying to make me show her compliance by just jumping through hoops for her, I held it off for as long as I could until I thought she might lose interest and finally told her. Although this might have DLVd me a little, i quickly gained it by acting as if i wouldve gave it at anytime and she was begging me for nothing.
I could tell that she was also surprised of how I was acting totally dominant, Im guessing she's not used to that. So I negged her a bit about being stubborn and made some small talk and asked to add me, and the whole dominant thing started again and she wouldn't send me one and told me to send her one. Since this is clearly the opposite of what I'm trying to build I kept insisting for her to do, eventually resorting to leaving unless she sent me one, she didn't seemed phased.

Then I started to reflect on what I did wrong (as I do whenever I don't get a friend request) and couldn't come up with anything. She was just and Alpha Female and wasn't used to Alpha males, so I figured she must still be intrigued and got back on , determined to either slip up and be rejected reasonably or get her to send me a friend request. I got back on and instead of playing C/F and I started building rapport and comfort (my worst sticking point.) Most girls don't really require to build comfort when you're IMing because they're not taking that big a risk just by adding you so this was a first. I started asking why she wouldn't just add me and the usual and she said
"I'm not that type of girl"
BOOM, I'm in. Now I'm not at all a PUA yet hell I'm hardly even a rAFC but I study psychology and can pick up on people's feelings since I was young. And with this I knew she WAS attracted but didn't want to be another notch on my belt ( I guess I gave off the vibe of a player with my alpha male comments). So with that, I did some cold reading (which combined with my knowledge of psychology is pretty effective)
ie: You have a very abrasive personality, lemme guess You like to be independent and blah blah blah
I also started asking questions about her life starting small with school and stuff and working my way up eventually into her sex life, with a few provocative questions in there to keep the tension between us.
ie "Would you date outside your race?" I'm hispanic, she's white so the connection was obvious. After she complied and answered some of my questions I let her ask me and I complied and answered (rewarding for not being stubborn).
After I had asked some pretty personal questions, I figured I had built enough comfort to let her know I'm not just playing her (though I technically am, cuz i don't give a fuck about her now). and said that I had to leave soon (false time constraint), and asked her to send me a friend request. only for her to reply that she had sent me one when I was asking all those questions.

I felt very proud afterwards that I had managed to break a indepedent woman (which was obvious why she was like that after she told me about her childhood). And I felt that I'm making progress on the path to PUA.
I figure this could be helpful to someone, who have met this type of women at the club and didn't know what to do.

Sorry for the very long post, it's just that this is like my first milestone of the venusian arts and I'm very excited.
