I would pick a specific type of opener and brainstorm your own material...asking for advice is a great way to start a conversation...keep in mind you should throw in some mild teasing/humor as well. Find out after the initial material/jokes why the woman is at the mall. If it seems like she isn't in a rush...tell her you are going to grab a coffee (i assume there are coffee shops at the mall) and that she is welcome to join you. If she does...continue being fun and flirty (not too sexual, keep it light and fun), be sure to use kino (when she teases you back...playfully push her shoulder, maybe grab her hand while walking side to side and let it go after a few seconds-preferably before she does- while playfully implying she is trying to hold YOUR hand).
