Hey guys, me and a friend went out yesterday, he knows hardly anything about pickup, I've just tried teaching him bits and bobs, to get him familiar with what I'll be trying and what I want him to do etc. just so his mind doesn't get cramped, but he weren't so helpful anyway. To cut the story short, We started off in a pub in central London and then moved onto a club for over 21's. The women were amazing. I opened a 6 set in the pub which it was one of the girls birthdays. With my own conversation, I got everyone involved including my wing, DHV'in for him, saying I'm jealous about things he has done etc, so we got locked in, We had a few drinks (me and my wing) They were offering us drinks too. They asked what we were doing, I said we have a few offers on the table so they said to join them at a club, I thought fuck it let's go and try somewhere new. In the end all the girls were loving us, I didn't K close, to be honest I just wasn't feeling it, but the way I opened and built comfort with a 6 set is another step forward. I thought one of the girls in the group was a HB 9, so I got contact details from one of them to get in touch with the HB9. So I didn't K close, I just wasn't on it. I wore my flashing glasses to peacock and set myself out a bit more, I had women left right and centre wanting to wear my glasses, I didn't pursue them, but for future reference if a girl asks for an accessory off you what would you say to geta converstation going? On one of them I used the "Can I trust you?" line and it worked. She offered to give me her bag in exchange haha. I didn't K close, that's why I feel like I failed, and I only got one number, even though I wasn't feeling gaming yesterday. So I also have a question guys, what lines can you use on the dance floor or what else do you guys do to get locked in with a girl whilst on the dance floor? That's where most of my time was, I can't be just standing around doing nothing, I like to enjoy myself, plus, the club was way very very noisy. So that's a summary of what happened yesterday, I like to post a good or bad report and be honest for responses and advice from fellow Gamers. |

Sometimes you just dont feel like kissclosing. Nothing wrong with that. Its a sign of maturity and development, you dont HAVE to do it every chance you got. But even more importantly, what did you learn from this? |

I see, Thanks Ezo makes me feel better! Haha. But even more importantly, what did you learn from this? I feel like in Gaming terms, I've learnt obviously that I wont want to try K close all the time, and when I want to game, maybe bars are a better place, not clubs, because it's more difficult to communicate. Also in good terms, It's taught me to be a bit more forward and confident without worrying about getting knock backed by a woman, because is she knocks me back, I try with another if I want, also by obviously opening the 6 set, and them wanting me to go with them to the club (good sign), showed my skills are developing well. What's your advice, what could you say I should learn just by reading this post? |

I was actually asking out of curiosity. Its my belief that you should always try to learn from your pickups even if they fail. Especially if they fail. Thats one of the good things about writing a FR. I never write a FR unless I think that people could benefit from it or if I feel that I want some feedback in order to improve. Well, clubs have the advantage of being a great place to practice appearance and body language. Appearance as in how you radiate your personality etc. Non verbal game. On the dancefloor you can practice eye contact, smiles, signals, AMOGing etc without uttering a word. Awesome! And you learn to identify IOIs (or approach invitations). |

Thanks guys, I'll take the advice on board, and Ezo your right, that's why i write field reports, it makes me look over my night, then obviously work on what I felt went wrong. |
