So I went to Spain for a week with my family. I didn't really go to any clubs or anything so there weren't that many situations I could sarge in. Most of the sarges I tried didn't necessarily go bad, they just didn't go anywhere because of the language barrier.
BUT
I was in the airport on the way back and I noticed this HB8.5 (who spoke english haha) giving me crazy proximity. She was constantly appearing within like 5-6 ft. of me so I figured I might as well open her. The only problem was she was with her parents. So I used the ethnicity opener (credit to someone in this forum - I looked for the post but couldn't find it).
PUA: Hey, I can only stay for a minute, but I have this bet with my family that I can guess anyone's ethnicity by their looks and their last name - do you guys mind if I try?
Family: No blah blah blah.
I talked to her family for a while and got their ethnicities COMPLETELY wrong but it was funny. I ignored the girl a bit and gave her some really gentle negs because I didn't want to seem weird in front of her family.
So here's the part where I need some advice. If it was her friends I would have had no problem being like "hey, do you guys mind if I borrow your friend (the HB) for a second?" But I felt really awkward saying that to her parents... Any ideas for subtle extractions methods around family?
Anyways, it ended out working really well - I excused myself from the conversation and I caught the girl later when she was alone. I got her number and it turns out she lives like 10 minutes away from me so all is well
