Ok, here's the situation I was in a month or two ago: I'm lying on the bed with a (hot) friend (who, for the record, I have never used game on). It's her bed, at her house. No one else is home. We're laughing and chatting about stuff, and I'm getting pretty sleepy. She goes to wash her hands or something, and when she comes back I say "spoon with me". Her: Are you serious? Me: Shit yes. Spooning is awesome. As long as I'm the big spoon. Her: Um... alright. So she lies down, and I correct her spooning position. She had no idea. Now, I'm pretty comfortable right now. I'm almost drifting off to sleep, so I'm pretty unconciously using cat string (i'm "on" when I'm awake and "off" when I'm nearly asleep). She starts snuggling back into me. We spoon for awhile, maybe 20 minutes (I'm not entirely sure I didn't fall asleep at some point), and then I get a msg so I roll away from her and answer it. Then I don't spoon again, because I'm wondering what she'll do. She stays in spoon position for awhile, waiting for me, and then when she realises I'm not rejoining the cutlery drawer, she rolls onto her back and pillows her head on my shoulder. I'm pretty shocked, because she's never been that intimate with me before. She starts snuggling into me more and more, and I respond with a little kino, stroking her arm and sniffing her hair. Then I need to piss, so I get up. When I come back, she's lying on the bed looking out the window. I jump on her and pretend to be a vampire, biting her neck. She giggles and I do it again. Apparently, my stubble tickles. Well, that's a good thing, so I do it some more! I am the stubble vampire! Fear me! We start talking about this scary guy we passed on the way to her house, and how I made her walk on the opposite side of me. She says something about it being gentlemanly, like a prince. Me: So what, we're pretty much Sleeping Beauty (note the referance to sleep, please: I was so f-cking tired) and Prince Charming then? (weak, i know. I should have made a referance to the singer-turned-symbol (literally)) Her: Yeah, except they hooked up at the end. Me: Is that a hint? Her: (in this tiny, small voice) yes. Now, that's pretty blunt. That's blatant, even. I was, like I said, shocked, because I hadn't been intentionally gaming her, and I hadn't even been involved in the game for that long. I triangle gaze, for a moment, thinking "Should I do this?" This is a pretty old friend, who hasn't had much experience in relationships. Doing anything could get her pretty attached, and I don't want a relationship. This all runs through my head, and just as I start to think "fuck it, I'll do it," my friends call. They're waiting outside my house and I need to go let them in. So, no close at all for me. And she pretty much got buyer's remorse and tried to make sure we didn't end up in a situation like that again. But this FR (such that it is) illustrates the point that everyone needs to learn for their game to improve: Kino is Power. I'm only just beginning to realise this now. If I'd known it two months ago, I might actually have realised what the fuck was going on. |

ACTION.... you really should change your name to something like.... pussy... i think this was the most frustrating FR ive ever read - you had sooooo many opportunities..!! you were really being a girls-dick on this FR... this is prob th emost frustrating thing i have ever read. Primarily due to the fcat that you had everything set up and ready to go, and you used every fucking excuse you could think of to reason why you didnt go ahead.... you talk about being in the game, or not in the game or not gaming her... fuck man - think back to when you picked up women before you even knew about all this shit. what did you do? how did you pash a girl? fuck a girl? secondly - if you ever ever THINK that you coulodve kissed a girl... then you could have!! Wow, chill out Ming. Merciless indeed. I know I had heaps of oppurtunities. The reason I put this up was because I was looking back on it and feeling frustrated. And also so that, hopefully, someone would read it and my mistakes would not be repeated. And I didn't really pick up before I knew "all this shit". Any girl I got tended to be one that had just fallen into my lap, so to speak. |

I understand the buyers remorse idea... I ended up hooking up with my best friend not too long ago... She is an HB9 and the situation was perfect... So it happened. But, the remorse lasted less than 20 minutes... Now she seems to like the idea of it and has no problems talking about it... SOOOO, in conclusion, don't be afraid of the remorse. If she regrets it, you did something wrong. If she gets over the regret, you have a new level in your "friendship". |
