i had gone school searching with a friend of mine, anyways I usually dont get out of the house that much . dont know why . anyways i went to downtown, drove there first time. it was like awhole new place for me. confused the heck out of me. anyways i find the school i go there to see a counselor. after signing up for the counselor i sit outside in the waiting line, i notice this girl sitting on the floor in the corner leaned against a window. . . i get AA and sit in the front. my friend wants to talk to her , we go . he initiates conversation with her . like what is she waiting for . .. theres a computer station infront of her , which i go up to use . i look back and i say wow is this line always this big . then i find out she and me share the same city. as we are talking i sit right next to her on the floor . cause it was getting kinda awkward talking to her while i was standing up ...and ask if thats cool . she says yeah . anyways we talk for about 20 minutes .. i learn shes in the USA alone with three of her sisters , she being the oldest , shes with her sister at the campus trying to get her class paid. all 3 live in a small dorm . .. in mid conversation she mentions how she goes to the movies and stuff with her boyfriend .(i play it cool , i dont let it bother me) shes amazed by the fact that i have never been in the downtown. and dont know the roads, and dont know half the places she mentions all teen hang out spots. she says I dont go out much, (which pretty much all the chicks say ,which is a low blow for me every time, makes me seem like a loser with no friends .who does not go out ) my friend by this time i shunned from the conversation and is sitting next to me bored ... lol. anways after about almost an hour of talk her sister comes back .... and says that she has to make a payment for her class ..and that she would be right back. the HB8 i was talking to .. says let me come with you to her sister. almost as if she was trying to get away from me. and wanted to leave . she says " good bye boys and good luck" and leaves . since she left in this manner , i didnt bother telling her my name or asking hers, or getting her facebook/number. . .which i wanted. which i would have if she had stayed for a bit longer . i dont go after her and just say bye. and sit there. until i get called up . (my friend had left to get some snacks. . and the AA came back ) as i get called up .. and walking to the office , i notice she and her sister wave at me, smiling at me. i say thank you really loud . dont know why i said thank you but i do.. . and follow the guy inside . ... so five things are bothering me : *my friend says he noticed there was a connection and to why i did not get her number or facebook . how could i have .. i too noticed a connection *wondering if the "boyfriend' was real or fake *why she got up and left *i noticed i was the one initiating the questions . like after me and her talked . i stopped talking . hoping she would re initiate . she kind of did not . but she was talking on her phone via text . which she stopped . *now that i think back .. i feel as if i was somehow interrogating her or bombarding her with Qs. i always do this. *if i were to see up somewhere .. how should i approach and get the attraction back *what could i have done better ,, this is my first FR: i want you to critique it |
