Allrighty Gents (and the lady or two that frequent So, here's how this happens- I'll try and make it short as this is my first post. Been perusing the forums for a tiny bit and I really feel like I'm picking it up a touch. Walk into Firedance a bar by school and i'm having a good day. I've been reading PUA- forum all day whilst bored at work (woot!) and tonights going to be a good night; as well it was my 21st bday a few days before so I'M THE KING!!! Boy buys me a birthday drink and upon heading to the bar HB looks at me and says I'm hot. Straight up, then she blushes and i can tell her friends put her up to it. So i start negging about how mean she is- which instantly draws her in. Before i know it she is a few inches from my face, hand on my pecs/stomach- other one playing with her hair. Pulled. So kino, talking deeply into her ear, we were making out in a few minutes. While we were kissing i get my drink, pull away from her, pay, grab my drink- and one more look and a wry smile I just walk off. Rest of the night i would walk by her to go smoke or whatever, brush her a little bit, twice she turned from the guy that had just gotten her a drink and kiss me again; homeboy sad I kept pulling away and giving her those smiles- soon she started getting desperate, dancing on a table to get my attention, and when i didn't even look at her it killed her! She came straight up to me and started grinding me on the bar. Once i got my drink i'd walk away again Sorry, sorry--- here's the shortcut. Night goes on like this, she starts getting mad that i'm turning her on so much Offer to take her home, she says yes but she needs to grab her purse from her friends car, but her friends didn't trust me and they snatched her!!!! Put her in the car and drove off. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I DID WRONG!!! I flirted with both the friends, the friends' boyfriends both loved me! TWATSWATTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know I'm new but i think i did okay.... any help is greatly appreciated! |

All you did was flirt and neg? No DHV no comfort building no stories, just walk up to her every so often kiss her and neg her? Sounds like you (and consequently her also) didn't have all the much invested, maybe she was just returning you the favor of playing her all night by playing you? |

hahahaha- rereading it I did forget to describe the beginning-- there was story telling, it was also my 21st just recently, and hers was going to be the next week and she was going to Las Vegas. So I started playing the what-if game, "What if I went what would we do..." Lols, She ate it up! Makes her use her imagination with you in it, and gives a tiny bit of the future sense...... not sure what it's called- LOLS at the newb. Also, I told her that I never buy girls drinks, which put her off a little bit in the beginning, but for some reason it got her interested in me even more, maybe like I used to do it so much with pretty girls i got tired of it? So she'd stand next to me, and I'd tell her to get the guy next to her to get her one- once he did she'd come back and start making fun of him with me Also, I was trying the Gunwitch method after the initial hook with the birthday/people watching so there was a lot of kino, talking lowly into her ear (Have a deep voice so i use this to my advantage) and it was working. In the end she started questioning whether she wanted to come home, saying she shouldn't, she doesn't even know me. But this is where I think the time investment came in, cuz i looked at her- told her how much fun we were together and I wasn't ready for that to end yet. Which was true as well, she seemed like a chill girl. But we all know it didn't work....... now that i've clarified a touch more, anything else you see that I could've done? |

thanks for the rest of the background story... but I think you may have written the answer in your first post. "Offer to take her home, she says yes but she needs to grab her purse from her friends car, but her friends didn't trust me and they snatched her!!!! Put her in the car and drove off. " Win the group. Glad to see your out there keep it up bud! |

Yea.... tha's exactly the same conclusion I came to as well. However I thought I had them!!! when we first met i flirted with all of them, then the HB seperated herself from her friends, so I didn't think about asking permission to have their friend alone. Also the other girls' boys' both loved me! I got them on my side by the end of the night. I think the other girls' were just too sober Appreciate the help and encouragement, hopefully I can learn from this one! Tyler |

Gauge your alcohol intake too. Its great to go out get drunk and have a good time but your not nearly as clever as you think you are when your drinking. I usually run my gauge on the target, let her stay one step ahead of you on the drunk scale. No shame in slipping in a diet coke or water every now and then. Maybe you were just intoxicated to the point her friends though it was in her best interest to get her home safe with them than relying on their new 'drunk' friend. They will use any excuse to rationalize in their head not going home with you. Don't let ones you can control like that be the reason that breaks you. |

Hmmm... true! There've been plenty of times when I've obviously been too gone. However I agree, and in this case the girl was a touch more than me, lols- she asked me what I did like 4 times haha. At least she could still dance and stand up! But yes, thanks for the words of advice and encouragement, I'm definitely still out there |

yeah and even at that point it may be out of your control anyway. If she was pretty intoxicated like it sounds like she was, her friends are just going to take care of her regardless. Not your fault on this one brother! How long you been in game? |
