Im not proud of what I did, but Id like to pass on something so simple and effective that I got more than I thought. I was out with Gravitas doing some dance floor game in Kingston. There was a 21ish year size 8, with her boyfriend dancing in each others arms. I had no idea why I did it, I just grabbed her hand, pulled her out of his embrace simultaneously spinning her one and a half turns and put her arm around Gravitas for him to dance with-I walked off. The boyfriend was speechless, the girl just giggled and went back to her boyfriend. An hour later her boyfriend pulled her through the dance floor, as she brushed passed me, she secretly stuffed a napkin in my hand. On it was of course her name and number. I realised that if you show enough authority, even in front of the boyfriend, you will flick enough attraction switches that will question whether she should be with her man. In those few seconds of spinning her, without saying a word, I had did enough for her to believe Im far more attractive than her current boyfriend has ever probably displayed to her. I threw the number away- as Ive a girlfriend - who, incidentally, I will tell of this interesting incident. TT |

Ive re read it and maybe I didnt put it across with enough detail. The whole night was just silly, we were having fun and enjoying ourselves. I even made a fool of myself doing karaoke. The guy could see I was having fun and dancing with everyone - he could see I wasnt coming onto her and wasnt a threat. I DO feel bad though - as I wouldnt like my girlie pulled out from my arms. Maybe Im so used to doing daft things like that at salsa - it was my first time I did it in a club, and through guilt, likely to be my last - unless of course, we both met her on the night and were trying to out amog each other. |
