| Post subject: | Date from hell! I need to recover |
Went out to the cinema with this HB9.5, I dont know why I decided on the cinema should have just brought her back but I thought I'd try something different. Anyway before the date I was running late already my car got a puncture and I had to push it into a parking space then run the rest of the distance. Anyway by doing this I forgot to get my money out of the SPAM machine and I hadn't brought my debit card with me. Up comes paying for the tickets and I was like,'I've got this'. Instead I didnt have any money on me, I was sweating from running and I was late. She had to pay for me but I gave her the money after the film. Anyway the film was bollocks and we'll leave it at that. A few nights later I went out with my buddies & I saw her but her best friend was talking about to her friends and pointing all the time. I was a target & I could tell she wasnt talking good things too. So my wing did some undercover work to find out what she was saying & she was saying; Friend: your pal had some financial problems during that date so I wont be recommending my friend about seeing him again. Wing: are you girls are just gold diggin ho's? Friend: whats that supposed to mean? Wing: nevermind. So we worked out it was because of that glitch and man I have been seething ever since then, I need to recover from this as its so annoying now. Anyone got any ideas to recover? |

She paid for you so there must be some interest. You paid her back, so screw her friend. Running = bad plan. Recover with something close to home. "Car still out of action, am hanging out at home doing xyz. You should join me, it'll be fun." |

You'll be there so many times. It's easy to feel bugged when you can attribute it to being your fault in some way. Human nature, mate. Easy to say don't worry than it is to do. I bet if that happened again, any time ever, that I know what the first thing you'd pick up is. Live and learn. |
