I had a pretty terrible experience recently and wanted to share it to get it off my mind and read critical feedback and opinions. I was at a huge party. Several hotties. Everything was awesome. Felt great, was rolling with conversations, I was on top of the world. Suddenly a girl comes up to me out of no where who in my mind was a 10 and everything changed. She clearly was interested in me but for some reason I kept thinking she was too hot and that this must be a joke. For some reason, I could not get it out of my head thinking it was a joke. We talked, danced a little, conversation stopped flowing, I suddenly felt completely out of control and all awhile keep thinking it was a joke this girl was talking to me. The situation turned awkward now. So I ended up taking some shots to loosen up. That didnt work and I was now drunk, couldnt talk straight, still thought the situation was a joke, and now she looked at me like no thanks. WTF. I ended up calling UBER to get out of there ASAP. WTF happened!!!! This has never happened to me before. It was so crazy how I could not get it out of my mind that it was a joke!! I've had comparable girls before I just dont understand the psychology with this. What the hell was wrong with me??? |

You thought you didn't deserve her for whatever reason, you say you've had "comparable girls" before so what was the difference with this one? Was it because she approached you, whereas in the past the "comparable girls" you've had, you did the approaching? |

Dude this happened to me as well except I did approach her after getting validation from another group. She was by far the best looking black girl I had ever talked to. Easy HB 10. Tall, huge rack, skinny with juicy lips. And she was totally cool, I teased her, she laughed at all my jokes, kept eye contact. Was into me. But then I think I did what you did. "This girl can't be into me....???" Then the conversation starts to take a drag and I lose her interest. She says she has to meet her friend and nicely excuse herself. Fuck me... Later i see her again but by that time I'm just the "Free drink guy" I ignore her request and I try to keep the convo going but again Nicely brushed off. She wasn't a bitch about it though like most 5-7's. |

This is what happens when you don't escalate. When you meet a girl in a bar then the second you get talking a window of opportunity opens for you. If you don't escalate and take things to their natural conclusion which is either an FC or a brush off, then you've dropped the ball. The girl want's you to succeed and is rooting for you to come up with the masculine goods but if you get into your head too much and think about it and be logical then it's game over. Always assume attraction and act accordingly. |

Yes, True and I've started studying on Escalation so I don't fuck this up again. I have to admit I still think about this girl but I know there will be others. Also one interesting thing I learned is that the HB 10's sudden appearance was not by chance. The group I was talking too was this Husband and wife and friend. The friend hated me btw but the Husband was really digging me ( not in a gay way, LOL. I was building validation) and his wife loved me. I was teasing the wife and she's laughing. She was prob an hb 7. We took selfies together and she was about to buy me a drink. She asked why aren't u drinking? I know now I should have said "why are you offering?" and maybe she buys me a drink and I buy the husband a drink. You know keep the party going. So my theory is the HB10 sees all this and the validation worked in my favor. Next thing you know, BAM, HB10 in my line of sight saying Hey you, talk to me.....

Sounds to me like you have entitlement issues. I'm guessing you have experienced girls toying with your affections in the past? Its probably better if you don't drink. This never solves anything. Work on your self esteem and approach hotter girls to acquire those reference points! |
