Most of the PMZ members know that I am trying new things when I sarge. Last night I tried carring a womans purse with me when I sent sarging. I purchased a medium sized purse at walmart for $8.89. Other than the purse i dressed like I normally would when sarging, like a total fun, successful guy. Then I headed out to the bars. Didnt work out as I would have thought. Most women (and men) seemed to think I was holding it for a woman I was with. This could help with preselection, but at some point that would involve losing the purse so the women think u r "Free". As long as it was held in hand and not by the strap or over the schoulder no women took it as a "Gay" sign. One thing you could do is to sit at a table early in the night, and place th purse at a empty seat next to you. Women will notice this. Later on lose the purse and u have some pre-selection going. I hate to say it, but it was a pretty conveniant way to carry all of my stuff (Cammera, collone, Wallet, etc) around. Dam girls got all the cool stuff. I don't think ill use it again, but for $8 it was a good experiment. |

I can see your point about the preselection, it makes sense. However, I do see some logistical problems, like losing the bag. Do you run it out to your car? Do you go to the men's room and dump it in the trash? Secondly, if you're rockin a purse all night, it might be a little weird if you aren't seen with purseless female at some point. It might just seem like some chick is using you as her coat rack and DLV you. Catch 22, I guess. Good experiment anyways. |

Sounds like it may hurt more than help...besides the fact that you wish you had a man purse  i think possibly gettin a lil pre selection outa it isnt worth it. Just be seen with other girls and your good to go, which you already got goin for you kino. Good experiment tho.

LOL...get a manpurse!!!I had a friend that used to carry a backpack everywhere, he dressed like Indiana Jones...It worked. He made this "Seven years on Tibet" act. And girls totally dug on it. |

Yea, it definatly didnt help me.....and there are definatly logistical problems. LOL. Was fun to try though, but actually the night kinda sucked. Tonight should be good, im sure ill have a good FR for u guys tommorow in my journal. ~kino |

When you called and told me about the idea I had my reservations but still feel its a sound idea. I think it just takes a little prepping for how you are going to use the prop. I mean a average guy with a wand doesn't make a magician right? |

When did fanny packs go out of style...I just bought a new one and bedazzled the hell out of it.....I was thinking that it was going to be my big peacocking piece...lol |
