Okay, so its gonna be a bit big. So, i met this girl in start of september, in my university fresher fair. I found her interesting and kind of cute. But i dinn do anything about it. I was like, why would she be interested in me. I installed snapchat a couple months ago, and we have been snap chatting on regular basis. So naturally, my instinct was telling me that she may be interested. I can't say if just as a friend or what. I invited her to a party i was throwing. She couldn't come. She had exams. Co-incidently, the party got cancelled too. But i still said her that we had a party and it was a good one. She messaged me next morning, asking how the party was. And if i am feeling okay. I said yes its all good. So i think she checked up on me, thats a plus one for me right? Well, we were chatting in the afternoon, around 4'ish. My SPAM said she was invited for whiskey tasting. I said yea sure. It was a random thing. Normally i do not do it. But on my flat mate's insistence, i messaged her, asking to come to whiskey tasting. She had to be ready in 4 hours and meet me, thats what it meant. I thought no way she would come. But she messaged me, saying that she had to meet her friend, and it would mean she won't be able to meet them for a very long time. I saw where it was going, so i just said, if you can't make it on time, thats fine. We can hang out some other time. They won't let the latecomers in. She said she would meet me there. So even if i had 2 of my SPAM with me, it still was a date, right? I waited for her in front my my university building. I was looking my best. I was 15 minutes early. I went to refresh myself. Went to the bathroom in front of mirror and motivated myself. And then went back out. I did not want her to see i was waiting specifically for her. So i opened a group of 2 people nearby, chatting. And then a few other people joined us. I am very friendly when it comes to random people. Anyway, i saw her then. She was waiting for me to get free so i could join her. So that increases my value, right? She was facing the other way. I could just say hi! but i thought to be a bit playful. it was spontaneous. I went behind her and scared her with a roar. She was laughing at it too. My home is 1 mile from the university. I asked if she wants to take a cab. its not expensive at all. But she said, i don't actually mind walking. Good sign again? We talked. I asked what friend she was meeting. She said she wanted to confess something. It was the first time she was meeting someone from tinder, and the guy turned out to be a creep. Whatever! I asked her if she even likes whiskey. She grinned and put her tongue out. She said she tried one but that was cheap, so she sinn like it. She is gonna try if she can change her mind when she go whiskey tasting.So maybe she just wanted to try whiskey so she came. Or maybe she was interested in me, because she dunn like it. Anyway, we talked about some other people we met in fresher fair, and how we lost touch with all of them. Btw, she did notice that i was dressed nice. she complimented me. I gave one back. We reached home. Chit chatted. I introduced her to my SPAM, and then we set off for the whiskey tasting place. We walked there. For some reason, i was not much talking to her. My SPAM was. She was maybe getting friendly with my girl so they get comfortable. We reached there. Had some whiskey, then later, we had some more drinks. It was going good. Well, for a moment, i saw that she seemed very interested in this other guy. That did get to my nerves. But then i just joined in the conversation with them. I did not know what to do. I do Robotics, and he did english literature. Anyway, we went on to the next bar. We got LIIT pitchers and drank. She asked me to click a selfie, just the two of us. We drank, and we talked. This was the time when we interacted most. We were sitting side by side. We were talking and found we had quite some stuff in common. She was giving me a handshake. That i thought, was one too many handshakes though. She said she wanted to leave. I insisted that i come and drop her, quite some times. She declined for some reason. She says she does not want me to get away from the party. I tried going, but then when i saw she did not want that, i just asked her to give a message when she reaches back home. That she did. And a snapchat. I did not get to kiss her. I did not even get to drop her back home. Oh, back at one of the bars, we were talking about sheesha, and i told her there is a totally awesome place for sheesha. She had never heard of it. I said dunn worry i will take you there sometime. She let out a laugh at that :\ Then i said, i dunn mean just you, but along with some more friends. Anyway, she went back home, and i headed to some night club. I wasn't sad. Although did not get laid, i did pretty good. Anyway, she messaged me she reached home. Then in the night club i saw a really pretty girl. It seemed like the most natural thing to do. I went to her, and i asked her, what should i reply to her? She was quite happy to help. And she did. Then she called her and said her to come over. She did not come. I know this seemed like drunk text or call, i agree i was tipsy, but this new girl i saw was totally amazing looking. So i think stage one was done. I asked he some question. Then after some time, we met on the dance floor. I said, the hell did you say her on the phone? she dinn message or text me. you ruined it. I think then i achieved nagging her, and showing that i don't value her that much. She said she is sorry and gave a hug. It was nice. Some time later, i saw her kissing some guy. this was the time i was drunk. i somehow unconsciously took the challenge. I saw some other girl, she was lying just out of dance floor, totally drunk. I went to her, asked her if she was all fine and got her water. I made sure that the girl i was interested in, she would look at at least some part of my act. As i handed over her the water, the girl who i was interested in, comes to me, and asks me my number. I gave her mine, she gave me hers. We hugged again. Obviously i was drunk. I dunn like sleeping with women i dunn know when i am drunk. So no regrets there. Anyway i am quite pleased at myself. If you made it this far reading through, how you think i did? and what should i have done different? |

The entire top 2/3 of this was about a girl that's completely unrelated to the number close (and she sounds uninterested, as well). WAY too long, buddy. As for your number close, sounds fine - you could have likely avoided the other drunk bitch on the floor who needed water and skipped right to getting the number you ended up with anyway. Seems she was willing to give it out, regardless. |

Well, thanks for the motivation that you're giving me. As i am just an amateur, it was a big thing for me that she agreed to come along. One step at a time. As for that "drunk bitch", i was trying to be helpful as well. Why do you think she was willing to give it out? |
