So I was at a party last night and it has been my first one since I got out of my 2 year relationship. Id been browsing a couple of tips on this and found some useful. So I went to the party thinking id be talking to all these people andgirls and having a great time... And everything went wrong: I was too high to think clearly I actually had AA which I didn't think I had I hardly danced I didn't talk to many people I had it in my head that I was pretty confident but not ive realised pretty quickly that there is more to pua than it seems at 1st. What went wrong? It was like the movie hallpass. |

What I would do is try to game when you are sober. Drugs serve as A crutch and an excuse to lean on. |

I know the feeling MegaBomb! I struggle with AA too but here are some things I like to do to manage it: At home Start by creating a party SPAM. 1. Dim the light. Off with the overhead lights. Turn on only a couple of lamps. 2. Turn on some music that puts your mind in the mood for a good night. Crank it up! 3. Turn on the TV and put it on mute. 4. Flirt with some girls on your phone. At the party 1. Make it a goal to get talking to somebody AS SOON AS YOU GET IN THE PARTY! (If there is a line, start talking to the people in front of you) warm up by approaching guys and give a situational opener; something simple and very casual. I make friends with guys at the venue and work with them to create a mutual temporary wingman scenario. Now you have built-in friends (be genuine though, invest in them and show them that they are not just a pawn in your game. Best of all, you can re-connect with them on another weekend and return the favor) that can serve as a home base for you to return to as you open female sets. I have used this technique many times and have gotten impressive results with HB's. Multiple number closes, K-closes and same night F-closes! 2. HAVE FUN! Smile, be approachable, tell a joke, give a high five! (the visual of two people giving a high five is very powerful in a social setting and requires no social commitment) 3. When you are by yourself, don't stand in the same place for more than 1 song. When you allow yourself to remain in a fixed location, you give others the opportunity to make assumptions about your reason for being there. 4. You don't have to technically "approach" a woman. You do have alternatives! You can be dancing and bump butts with the girl beside you, if she is texting, you can tap her screen in a playful way. You can pass by a woman and let your hand or arm touch her in a way that is slightly more kino than necessary. She will look at you to determine if it was on purpose or coincidence. - Credit to Gambler 5. Use your facial expressions and body language to communicate (especially useful in loud environments) a smile, a naughty look, a curious face. - Credit to Gambler Avoid doing anything to take your mind off of strategy. I sometimes choose to have 2 or 3 beers very early to take off the edge BUT THAT IS IT! No being stupid and putting yourself in a situation that could get you a DUI. |

Thanks a million guys was at a party last night and it went alot better. Just need to work on my AA and approaching because im pretty confident once the ball gets rolling |
