I saw a foreign looking girl walking down towards the bus stop in school, and I went up to her and introduced myself. She was a little shocked that someone would just demonstrate his intention so strongly to her in the day time. She was a little taken back at first, but began warming up as the conversation continued. She told me that she is from Switzerland and we began sharing about Switzerland and Singapore. We conversed for a while more and she said she had to go for her class. I stopped her, seeded an event and we exchanged contact. I met up with her a few days later. I saw another girl seated down at the table with her earphones. I walked over to her, waved over to her line of visibility and introduced myself. She was a little taken back initially and asked if this is some kind of social experiment and where are the cameras. I played along and pointed in random directions where the cameras are placed. She laughed and we continued talking. She told me she is from the faculty of Arts and is majoring in Literature. So I told her you must like Fifty Shades of Grey. We continued talking about everything under the sun, however I have to go off soon as I needed to attend an event. We exchanged contact information and she said she has a boyfriend. I told her I have a girlfriend too and she nodded her head and gave me a missed call. We spoke for a little more before I left as I was pretty late for the event. |
