Post subject:  Fixing stupid mistake

Hi guys, it's my first post here so first I would like to say Hi!

I'm in a dilemma today. Yesterday I had family emergency in hospital and I've spend there a few hours. There was this lady doctor who was sending serious signals and kept looking only at me each time she walker nearby. Since the reason I was there put me in such a freaking bad mood I was so out of it that I realized all of above just after I got home and emotions droped. It's a totaly messed up chance which I hate. Now I'm thinking how to play it best and hope you can give some advices since I don't remember when I was last time in such wasted situation...

Some additional info that might clear few details:
- I have no 'official reason' to even go back to this hospital
- There is no way to just meet by chance with her so I would have to talk with girls in recepcja desk.
- Why one girl makes me think so much about her without even really knowing her? As mentioned above I hate wasted chances and don't like having regrets in life :)

Best
Lucas

I am very new here aswell, so you shouldnt take what i say too serious. But i think "one-itis" applies here, if every girl showed you this interest, would the doctor still be that special?

" 1. oneitis
Often confused with love, this is the feeling that a particular woman is actually special. This is just an illusion; she is the same as the other three or so billion. "Go fuck ten other women" is the most commonly prescribed SPAM for this "disease" (hence the "itis"), as it tends to show quite quickly how very alike people are. "

If you're going for her, i hope it goes well! I have no advice for how to do that, seems like a hard one! :)

Thanks for response. Hmm... how shoudl I say it. My feeling is not so much about this parrticular girl but more of myself. And yeah, it's kinda hard situation to go for, but isn't it what make this game most fun? :)

One-itis? Maybe a little early for that. He hasn't even talked to her...

Certainly the time to do this would have been immediately when you saw her... But since that's no longer an option:

What's wrong with just going back and opening her with almost exactly what you've said here? Doesn't have to be fancy, but try and be careful to steer clear of the stalker vibe... Cause if you've got no reason to be there, this could go in that direction if she gets a whiff of crazy from you.

Something like:

"Hi there! I'm X - maybe you remember me from the other day? I'm sure you're very busy what with the whole saving lives thing, but I think you're gorgeous and really wanted to say hello."

Add "I swear I never do shit like this" and "I am not a crazy killer" as needed.

You'll need some witty banter, jokes, and enough material to fill a few mins while you gauge her interest level. I wouldn't do canned shit - just be natural.

Charles that was exactly what I was thinking on doing. Just there is this one but... If it was on some open corridor then hell yea, I would be event thinking twice. The problem is with locations. It's so messed up that there is this reception desk and then out site this room with few chairs only restricted rooms for patients and doctors. So there is no way to just naturally meet her without standing and waiting for longer time, if I'm lucky and she's working at this time. I was thinking about talking to this girls that work at reception and in 50:50 chance she isn't even working now pass her my number or something? It's already hard to make a good impression but I don't see any other way. What you guys think?

Really I don't even remember when was the last time I was in such situation... Usually it's just straightforward approach and let it roll. My way of life is to do what you have to do, do what you like, have fun and have no regrets.

There is no way passing your number to a receptionist will get you anywhere.

She's a doctor, dude -- And apparently a good looking one?

Girl like that has options, sorry to say.

You need to do it in person - because she needs to (hopefully) remember you. If she doesn't remember you (or even if she does), you need to make an impression.

Notes don't make impressions. Notes are for high schoolers.

Lesson learned for next time - act in the moment.

Man up - go in there like you own the place and talk to her. If she's not working, come back, or brush it off as a missed opportunity and move on.

Prep yourself too - this may not work out. She'll either be creeped right the fuck out about it, or she'll find it kind of awesome....... Or the other possibility is you've mis-read everything, she won't remember you and isn't interested, and she'll call security.

You are right, i was in a weird mindset and thought something like "why bother with this girl, go out and approach other girls and you will get tons of girls showing interest like this". To think like that is stupid, of course you should go after a girl you find interesting.

I'm sorry for my stupid answer, will think more time :)

Good luck!
